“Nice caravan had everything you need.”

Great patio furniture. We found it ideal having the veranda which was gated. Hood postion for all amenities. Small things need fixing like a broken drawer in the main bedroom. Facia boards and main toilet aeat but otherwise great for hols.

7 night bookings are available if 2 consecutive breaks are available. WELL BEHAVED PETS ACCEPTED Luxury 3 Bedroom Caravan to hire on the 5* Haven Devon Cliffs Caravan Site. Fully double glazed and central heated, front opening French double doors on to fully enclosed gated veranda with patio table and chairs. Lounge - There is ample contemporary free standing furniture, flat screen TV, DVD Player, Coffee table with upholstered cube stools and gas fire. Kitchen - Furnished to a high standard with integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan.

All utensils are provided and cooking pots and pans.

Cutlery and crockery is provided for your use. Dining Area - Is spacious with free-standing table and 6 chairs. Bedrooms - The caravan has a main double bedroom with room at the end of the bed for a travel cot if needed, also ensuite wc and sink.

2 x Twin bedrooms with beds that can be pushed together to create double beds.

Sleeps 8 in total using bed settee in lounge. All bedrooms are provided with duvets and pillows. Bed linen is not provided but we are able to provide linen and beds made up for your arrival at an additional cost if required. Please bring your own tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc. Bathroom - Fully fitted double shower with glass sliding door, toilet and wash basin with overhead mirrored cabinet. Veranda - Wrap around gated veranda with table and chairs with gate Situation - The caravan is situated in the popular area of Ivy Close, close to complex and 3-5 mins walk to the beach THE PRICES FOR THE BREAKS IS ACCOMMODATION ONLY AND DOESNT INCLUDE HAVEN SITE PASSES

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset.
