“We really couldn’t have asked for more.”

Me and my partner took our 3 girls ages 10 months, 6 years and 10 years. And each one of them enjoyed every minute. The views were amazing, the van is located in the best area in the park I would say. Right in the middle of a walk to the sea, and a walk to the main facilities. We have definitely found our favourite holiday park and will absolutely be returning! Thank you again Kirsten.

“The caravan in Apple Grove is lovely, well appointed and in excellent condition.”

It is in a great location, both for the park's facilities and the beach. It also has a lovely sea view which we are missing! Good, free wifi was a bonus. We also rented Kirsten's caravan in nearby the Elms for family for a long weekend. A slightly older model, but very comfortable and also in a great position on the site. Communication with the owner and the site wasn't as easy as we'd like but, being an older couple, we probably need more reassurance that all will be well! Indeed, everything was all good, we had a super week and wouldn't hesitate to recommend booking.

Caravan very clean and positioned on site with lovely views, would definitely return in the future. Beautiful well kept clean park would recommend to others. Incredible facilities for children. Large clean well stocked Mini Market

Stayed last week for 4 days , Kristen the owner was quick to respond when booking, the caravan is fabulous and everything you would want is there, plenty of DVDs etc if needed if you have children,the decking is fab and the view is amazing with lovely outside furniture to use, the van is situated right near the beach and only as few minutes walk to main complex, highly recommend booking and will defo book again

“Immaculate caravan with lovely views and ample facilities for our family.”

The area is close to the beach and a not too brisk stroll, up hill to the facilities. Although the royal marine practice training ground was a fascination for my family, it is wise to mention that those with small children should be aware as they can practice well into the night. I highly recommend this caravan and it's position, very comfortable and spacious.

The property

Brand New Luxury 3 Bedroom Caravan to hire on the 5* Haven Devon Cliffs Caravan Site. Fully double glazed and central heated, sliding door on to fully enclosed gated veranda with patio table and chairs and beautiful seaviews. Lounge - There is ample contemporary free standing furniture, flat screen TV, DVD Player, Coffee table with upholstered cube stools. Kitchen - Furnished to a high standard with integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan.

All utensils are provided and cooking pots and pans.

Cutlery and crockery is provided for your use.

There is a built in dishwasher for your use. Dining Area - Is spacious with free-standing table and 6 chairs. Bedrooms - The caravan has a main double bedroom with room at the end of the bed for a travel cot if needed, also ensuite wc and sink.

2 x Twin bedrooms with beds that can be pushed together to create double beds.

Sleeps 8 in total using bed settee in lounge. All bedrooms are provided with duvets and pillows. Bed linen is not provided but we are able to provide linen and beds made up for your arrival at an additional cost if required. Please bring your own tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc. Bathroom - Fully fitted double shower with glass sliding door, toilet and wash basin with overhead mirrored cabinet. Veranda - Wrap around gated veranda with table and chairs with closeable and lockable gate with beautiful seaviews. Situation - The caravan is situated on Apple Grove which is ideally situated close to complex and beach.

There is a lot of grassy area outside the caravan allowing space for playing outside, again great for children. THE PRICES FOR THE BREAKS IS ACCOMMODATION ONLY AND DOESNT INCLUDE HAVEN SITE PASSES
