    “The caravan was not clean, we found food under the beds.”

    Left over clothing. Food in cupboards, and floors, toilets and sinks not clean. It not nice staying somewhere where you feel you are sharing previous guests waste. We did inform the owner no action was taken. Therefore we would not recommend or use again.

Luxury Platinum 3 Bedroom Top Spec Caravan to hire on the 5* Haven Devon Cliffs Caravan Site. Fully double glazed and central heated, front opening French double doors on to gated veranda with gas bbq, patio table parasol and 6 chairs.

This caravan now provides complimentary wifi for your use subject to signal strength etc. Lounge - There is ample contemporary free standing furniture, flat screen TV, DVD Player, Coffee table with upholstered cube stools and gas fire. Kitchen - Furnished to a high standard with integrated full size fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan.

All utensils are provided and cooking pots and pans.

Cutlery and crockery is provided for your use. Dining Area - Is spacious with free-standing table and 6 chairs. Bedrooms - The caravan has a main double bedroom with tv, ensuite toilet and sink and there is room at the end of the bed for a travel cot if needed and tv, also ensuite wc and sink.

2 x Twin bedrooms with beds that can be pushed together to create double beds.

Sleeps 8 in total. All bedrooms are provided with duvets and pillows. Please bring your own tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc. Bathroom - Fully fitted double shower with glass sliding door, toilet and wash basin with overhead mirrored cabinet. Veranda - Wrap around gated veranda with table and chairs with closeable and lockable gate. Situation - The caravan is situated on Tamarisk Way with its own dedicated parking space. Travel cot, buggy, baby bath, iron/ironing board, DVDs, books, games and beach toys available for use THE PRICES FOR THE BREAKS IS ACCOMMODATION ONLY AND DOESNT INCLUDE HAVEN SITE PASSES

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset.
