“Situation of caravan ideal .”

Not too far from anything which is a bonus with young children. We had a few questions for the owner which were dealt with very promptly and courteously. Wouldn't hesitate to book again

“Lovely caravan nice & clean everything you need to get you started tea coffee etc all the cooking equipment you could possibly need.”

Also has hoover iron etc if needed. Caravan situated in a nice area gleneagles close 5mins from main complex 5mins to beach. Nice view of the sea from the patio. Extras you may need without extra charge side guard etc lovely patio area which we got a lot of use of. 2 toilets which is a bonus for bigger families. If you have your own login for netflix you have that option as well. Loads dvds etc. Would recommend this caravan.

“This caravan was excellent, well maintained and lots of little added extras over the normal haven caravans.”

Better value for money even when buying passes separately compared to booking through haven. Well situated caravan on a quiet part of the park just a 5 minute walk to either the beach or the main complex on site. Really nice view sat on the decking would be excellent on a warm summer's night. Overall a brilliant caravan for facilities,location and value for money.

The caravan was in a great location, beautiful, spotless and the owner (Nicola) clearly goes a over and above when considering her guests. The caravan has really spacious decking with a great view of the sea, especially at night. For any future trips to Craig Tara this caravan will be our first go to. Everything was faultless. The van was close to all amenities and beach., it had everything you needed to make your stay enjoyable plus a few little extras thrown in . It was very clean and Nicola stayed in contact to make sure you had everything you needed.

Only a few minutes walk from facilities and 5 mins walk from the beach. Great caravan with lots of added extras, kids enjoyed playing the games and helpful to have a start with cleaning essentials and sauces.

From first contacting Nicola til we came home her customer service was excellent answered every query quickly not that we had many as everything was explained at each stage. The caravan was lovely it was exceptionally clean and very homely. Having little things like hand towels,tea towels, cleaning products, condiments,teabags, sugar ect was a great bonus. Also had DVDs and games for the kids and spades, buckets, balls ect was also a nice touch. The caravan is on a great spot where it is very quiet but not far from amenities. If you want to book and be assured that your going to a nice caravan this more than meet all expectations. We would definitely book this caravan again. Thank you for letting us stay in your caravan Nicola.

The caravan was fabulous, well equipped and well thought out. The view was brilliant right over the sea. We were close to the beach & all amenities. What a bargain we got! There was not one thing we needed that was not provided. A clean nicely decorated van with fantastic decking with lovely outdoor dining furniture which sadly we didn’t get to make vest use of as weather wasn’t quite warm enough!! Would definitely go back to this quietly situated caravan within very easy walking distance to beach and park centre.

“Fantastic wee holiday in Nicola’s caravan.”

It had everything we needed there, including travel cot, bed guards and travel bath. Meaning we didn’t need to try and squeeze everything into the car for the kids. Caravan was clean, and modern with lovely views looking out to the water. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the veranda furniture and the lockable gate meant my wee boy could also play safely outside. Great value for money, would definitely book this caravan again.

lovely and spacious and really homely feeling. Lots of things supplied so less packing which is easier when you have small children. Very clean and spotless. Beautiful location, a lovely sea view from the balcony and great for either sitting with a morning coffee or afternoon/evening drinks and nice to watch the sunset. Nice secure balcony to let the little ones walk about knowing they are safe as it has a gate on the side to keep them in. Booking process so easy and very good communication from Nicola and very approachable to ask any questions you may have.

Com. Great value for money we paid,as you arrive when you see the caravan you know you have got great value for your money.Caravan is so homely and warm and the view to the sea every morning and night is spectacular,this caravan is a diamond in the rough,the whole caravan and surroundings are excellent,so quiet,my 7 year old girl and my wife and I totally loved nicolas caravan that much so that we are booking again with this family for next year,loved every min of my holiday

“We can’t recommend 8 Gleneagles Close enough!”

The booking process was simple and communication from Nicola was excellent. We were provided with all information we needed to make check in easy and our holiday enjoyable. The caravan itself was in a great location with only a short walk to the main centre / beach but far enough away to have peace and quiet too. The caravan was really well equipped (meaning you don’t have to take half your house with you when you travel) and was spotlessly clean. The decking area was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the sunset. (We were lucky with the weather ????) The beds were comfy and the en-suite was a bonus too. The added extras of the DVD’s and games were a hit with the children who thoroughly enjoyed their holiday and were sad to leave. Hopefully we can return soon. Thanks again Nicola for allowing us to stay.xx

Well laid out with plenty of room. Beautiful sunsets every evening facing the sea. Easy access to local attractions. Small well stocked Coop on site for essentials Traveled as middle aged couple so didn’t use many of the facilities on site but the children around site seem to be having a ball.

Farm next door is a must with plenty of all things to do/see. Owner is excellent to deal with and comms are spot on. Would defo return - excellent value for money

The property

Check in 3pm Check out 10am Family owned caravan located in the Golf Village, only a few minutes walk from the beach and the main complex—lovely quiet area. The caravan has gas central heating and double glazing. 1 double room, 2 twin rooms and a pull out small double sofa bed. Patio doors lead onto wrap around decking, with lockable gate, decking furniture and sea view. The livingroom has a gas fire, 41" Smart TV, DVD player and a huge selection of DVDs, cards & games plus air fibre Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well equipped, including a microwave, toastie machine, steamer and a full size fridge and freezer. We leave tea, coffee, sugar, condiments and some other basics - tea towels, washing up liquid, cooking oil and cleaning products.

Please feel free to use anything that is left in the kitchen. Beds are made for your arrival and we include hand towels.

There is a main shower room/WC and an en-suite WC, you will need to bring your own bath towels. Smart TV/DVD player in both twin rooms. One parking bay is available outside the caravan No Pets / No groups / No Smoking or vaping - this van has been completely pet free. PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED, these are available to purchase once balance has been paid. Extras provided; Air Fibre Wi-Fi Hairdryer Iron/ironing board Vacuum cleaner Plastic plates, bowls, cutlery and cups for younger children Travel cot, high chair, bed guards and a pop up baby bath are all available for your convenience.
