“When we opened the door to our caravan there was a smell in all the rooms almost like the smell of cigar smoke it is the only way I can describe it.”

We opened the windows and doors the smell faded slightly in the sitting room but not in the bedrooms. The over use of air freshers to mask the smell was overwhelming and gave us headaches, affected my daughters breathing as she has asthma. We unplugged and removed all air freshers until our stay was finished. The toilet in the main bathroom did not flush correctly the button would stay down contentiously. The sink in the on suite began to leak on the second day of staying in the caravan.
