The caravan is fully equipped to sleep 2-8 people, with 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms both with single beds and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge area.
There is 1 shower room, with toilet and basin and a separate toilet.
The kitchen is fully fitted with lots of cupboard space, the kitchen, dining area and lounge area is open planned.
The caravan is fully double glazed and central heating radiators in each room.
Outside decking to the door area and parking for 1 vehicle outside the caravan.
Additional cars can be parked in the overflow car park.
Strictly no parking in the front of the caravan
The park is located about 5 minutes away from the beach and funfair and walking distance to Lidl supermarket.
Please note bookings for same sex groups will not be accepted under any conditions, please message to enquire about any pets.
The caravan is strictly no smoking!
Entertainment passes are at an additional charge to each member of the party over 5 years of age, please email after booking your dates.
These passes are needed to use any facilities on site.
Midweek and weekend breaks are available on request, but must be booked direct with the owner.
Linen and all extras not listed to be booked direct with owner.
Security deposit will be returned within 7 days of your holiday ending.
