Is a thief never book from this owner beware he will not refund your deposit in the beginning he is very polite but after use when u give the keys back after 2 days he says it not clean etc etc . if u rent a caravan who will clean me or owner after use , who clean the hotels room guest or owner after use if some thing broken i am responsible but without anything just little bit of dirt he took 150 security deposit thieves beware he is a scammer don't book book only through him only ...

This is profoundly untrue. Below are the reasons we did not return the deposit:
Firstly, we expect to have to clean the caravan after guests have stayed.
We would hope that guests treat our holiday home in the same way they would treat their own home- with respect!
Secondly, you left our caravan unsecure, the patio doors were left OPEN (not just unlocked), as well as two of the windows. The toilets were absolutely disgusting with excrement spattered all over them both (seats, lid - everywhere). The sofa cushion covers had stains on them which required dry cleaning. The carpet also had green stains on it and food embedded in it so this required a professional clean.
The pillows in the master bedroom were full of blood stains - replaced.. The fridge was stained. Kitchen dining chair, also stained. The caravan needed a lot more than a DEEP clean, as well as a carpet clean and dry cleaning bill.
We had to cancel our next guests due to the state of the caravan, we did not have time to get all this work carried out in time for their arrival, as we certainly wouldn’t have allowed them to stay in it in the state it was left.
You also checked out 1.5 hours late knowing we were expecting guests.
I have NEVER had to refuse a deposit refund before, but your stay, unfortunately for us, required a lot of additional time & costs compared to the ‘usual’ clean required. I have all the photos to prove this which have been submitted to caravans4hire.
