Caravan is in a perfect spot on the End so a lovely view from the balcony once dark it is lit up nice and Cozy aswell, 2 bathrooms was a big bonus for us, grandkids fed the birds each morning from the balcony b4 going out into blackpool and lytham st annes which they loved as it was a short journey, the games provided in the cupboard were great at the end of the night Jenga was our grandsons favorite. although we don't cook on holiday Everything is there if needed also plenty of seating on the balcony at night grandkids sat on a chair and put feet up on another, if you have the weather on your side like we did you can't go wrong with this Caravan and great Value for Money to, close to all amenities another Bonus we all had a great time and would highly recommend booking it you won't be disappointed thank you so much Emma from Tracy and family and I hope all who book appreciate it as much as we did and respect your Caravan as we did take care thanx once again Tracy x
