It was ok average caravan we stayed in much better beds was so uncomfortable back pain after it leg cramps boiler kept making racket and cushions was very flat no rug on floor in living area it needs a lot of improvements to caravan Thier seemed to bed bad smell of urine on seating area in living room on one part of it

You was originally booking with me direct, then you took it upon yourself to book on here but ended up booking the caravan you didn’t want which is a pet friendly caravan on the opposite side of the park to what you originally wanted, the mattresses are all brand new pocked sprung from M&S and I can confirm they are very comfortable.the sofa in living area has recently been professionally cleaned with fresh throws over between every rental, I think your comments are sour grapes as you accidentally booked a caravan that you didn’t want as you wanted the original one. Also you broke the glass plate out of the microwave, which affects the next guests as I couldn’t source one inbetween, I’ve also asked haven to check the boiler out for a airlock about the noise. Thank you Property Owner
