    “We had such a lovely stay in this beautiful caravan.”

    Caravan was nice and clean and so homely. We had everything that we could possibly need during our stay. All of the little extras were really thoughtful and appreciated. Met Sue when we arrived at the caravan and she was so lovely to speak too, really easy to contact and always replied to our messages. Thanks so much for a lovely stay and hope to be back in the near future. We will definitely recommend to family and friends x

The property

Our luxurious 2025 model holiday home is modern and offers all the home-from-home comforts for you and your family to enjoy and relax during your holiday. On arrival, you will see our full wraparound decking with private parking.

The decking is furnished with a stylish outdoor sofa, comfy pillows, and a large patio table to ensure you can truly unwind.

When the sun goes down, turn on the outdoor lanterns, along with the patio heater, to keep you cosy and warm throughout the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-spec appliances; you will have everything you need to make a family meal or a romantic meal with ease.

We have a full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, built-in microwave, slow cooker, air fryer, fan oven, and gas cooker, along with well-stocked cupboards of high-quality cooking utensils with everything you need, including dining sets, tea towels, and plenty of wine glasses! Lounge consists of a comfy 3 + 2 free standing sofas with footstools and soft lighting lamps to help you relax as you sit back and watch the 43” TV.

During your stay, you can enjoy Sky, Sky Sports, Disney Plus, Netflix, Discovery Plus, and Freeview Plus FREE fast internet.

If you have any energy left after your fun-filled day, we also have a variety of family and adult board games and a Bluetooth speaker to enable you to play your favourite tunes or radio station. The main bedroom has an en-suite toilet and a dressing table with a double wardrobe/draws.

You can relax watching a 32” TV with all the inclusive channels: Sky, Sky Sports, Apple TV, Netflix, Discovery+, and a variety of many more channels.

We have dimmer control bedside lamps, overhead reading lights, and USB charging ports.

The double bed will be freshly made up on arrival with Egyptian cotton bedding, deluxe bedspread & scatter pillows, and a dual-control heated blanket to aid a restful night's sleep.

You will also have access to a hairdryer, hair straighteners, and iron & ironing board.

A travel cot will fit sufficiently in the main bedroom if required. Twin Rooms 1 & 2: Twin rooms comprise of twin beds, perfect for small children or teenagers.

The beds can be put together in one of the rooms to make a small double bed if needed.

All beds will be freshly made up on arrival with vibrant coloured bedding to give a fun feel factor.

Both bedrooms have multi-coloured remote night lamps and snug blankets to help the little ones settle with ease.

There is TV in both rooms with all their favourite channels like Disney Plus, Kids Tube, Cartoon Channel, Netflix, etc.

There is also a small dressing table with mirror/single wardrobe and cupboard storage. Bathroom: We have two bathrooms; one is en suite with WC and washbasin, which leads from the main bedroom.

Family bathroom as a double shower with handheld spray jet and vanity cupboard/mirror.

Hand towels/hand wash also included. Our holiday home is situated in a prime location close to all the amenities, so you don’t have far to walk to the fun.

We are fortunate to have open views to the front of the static, opposite one of the many children’s park areas, close enough to watch the little ones play from our veranda area whilst still maintaining a tranquil setting.

To the rear we have the nature trail, perfect for a family walk or dog walking.

Our children love walking through the woodland area, spotting many wildlife species and possibly some baby owls.

All beds will be made up on arrival; we provide 4 bath towels, hand towels, bathrobes, free private internet, a free travel cot, a highchair, and a bed guard upon request.

GRANGE-OVER-SANDS

Cartmel 2 miles; Lake Windermere 8 miles; Kendal 10 miles.

The charming Edwardian resort of Grange-over-Sands is set between the Lake District fells and Morecambe Bay and offers one of the mildest climates in the north of England. Formerly a small fishing village, the introduction of the Furness Railway transformed Grange-over-Sands into a fashionable Edwardian resort. Today, the town has much to offer the visitor including a traffic-free promenade, delightful ornamental gardens, golf courses, brass band concerts and excellent bird watching. Just a short drive away are Lake Windermere (8 miles), the villages of Bowness-on-Windermere and Hawkshead, which still retain the charm and character that has endeared them to so many, and the home of sticky toffee pudding, Cartmel, with its famous racecourse and the L’Enclume restaurant, which has been voted the 4th best restaurant in the UK. Other attractions in the area include Levens Hall, with its Elizabethan Hall and world famous topiary gardens, Holker Hall, Furness Abbey, Sizergh Castle, a National Trust medieval house and gardens, and Conishead Priory, a Gothic revival country house. There is also the 25 mile Cistercian Way which starts at Grange over Sands. Set amidst the southern lakes, the attractive town of Grange-over-Sands makes a superb base from which to enjoy the whole of this magical area.
