Dear Sheila, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we really appreciate it. Due to the age of the caravan, unfortunately, some of the issues you've raised, such as the slight damage around the fire unit, are not easily rectifiable. That said, we are always working to maintain the caravan to the best of our ability. Regarding the fridge, we acknowledge it is older and does need replacing — this is already in progress. In the meantime, it’s possible that the internal temperature control needed adjusting, which may have prevented items from freezing. With regard to the toilet height, this is because the caravan is a specially adapted accessible model. It is designed to meet disability requirements and comply with accessibility guidelines for users who require these features. There is a small, portable table located beside the dining area which can be used as a coffee table for your convenience. We sincerely apologise for the missing smoke alarm — this will be addressed immediately. Please rest assured that there is a fully functional, additional smoke alarm already installed and working correctly within the caravan. Once again, thank you for your feedback — it helps us improve and ensure all guests have a comfortable stay. Kind regards, Lisa & Steve Property Owner
