The property

The location is situated on 200 acres of woodland, encompassing-waterside walks-quality fishing lakes and a 40 acres clearwater sports Lake. The location is ideal for fishing-walking-cycling or just for plain relaxation. There is an onsite bar and restaurant, which provides excellent affordable food and drinks, with weekend entertainment. There is also an ice-cream parlour-kids play area-Laundrette. The caravan is has two bedrooms-Bathroom with walk in shower cubicle and toilet.

The lounge has plenty of seating-sofa opens up to become a double bed.

The kitchen comes well equipped, with coffee and tea provided. The caravan sleeps six persons, and has outside seating facilities, on the decking.
