“What a brilliant stay we had, the Lodge is so clean and peaceful, it was safe for my 2 year old, she was able to walk around on the balcony with no worry of escape, she loved the visiting ducks, and watching the lake and golfers.”

The hot tub was so zen and relaxing we will definitely return to the Lodge. The site itself was very friendly and well equipped with a shop, cafe, bar and restaurant we really enjoyed the evening entertainment and had a brilliant weekend. I also need to say how fantastic Alan was, answering all my questions and making sure I had all the information needed. Thank you so much

“Lovely location overlooking a small lake and golf course from the hot tub.”

Allan was great with his communication and we had no issues. Nothing to do with the van, but unfortunately it’s on the main drag through the site and you do get to hear all the drunken bumb coming home at night.

Thank you for your review. Saddened to hear that an unruly few were a little too noisy , we have never had this before & it’s in the park rules that noise should be kept to a minimum after 11pm . “Fabulous 5 stars.”

The caravan is superb. Cleanliness, decor, facilities, location are top notch. A mile from Mabelthorpe seafront or the Seal Sanctuary, but also close enough for Day trips like Skegness or the Aviation Heritage Centre at Kirby. The facilities on the caravan site are great. What was special though was the view from the caravan over the Duck Pond and the Golf course. Even when it rained, you can relax in comfort looking outside at the birds. Finally, the most reassuring thing was Allan the owner. Allan communicated with me every step of the way, and was on hand for all questions. He even let me know when I could have an early check in at 1pm, which was great. Will definitely hire the caravan again.

“Stayed at the Swan for week,gorgeous view looking out to duck pond.”

Caravan is immaculate and all you need is there. Beds are very comfortable and booking is so easy as Alan is very friendly and makes booking easy. Will recommend to family and friends.

“Perfect location.”

?? ???? Lovely caravan with a beautiful view overlooking the golf course and duck pond. Only 2 mins walk to the main complex but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Our 11 and 12 yr old kids really enjoyed it. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and gave us all the information we needed. ????
