    “Sun sea sand great caravan enough space for us all , children enjoyed own rooms too.”

    We ate out most of time so sitting round table for breakfast was great fun, straight over road on to beach sand train to main beach or we stayed in front of site . Packed lunch on beach all day .

The property

Our caravan has a double bedroom and two twin rooms, with, if required a 'pull up' double bed in the lounge area. All bedding is included to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We have a large veranda with a table and chairs to relax or enjoy your meal outside. Across the road from the site is the long stretch of lovely beach, where you can relax, play or swim. The town centre is just a 15-minute walk or catch the sand train or road train for added fun. You can find a variety of shops, and supermarkets all close by, including Tesco and Lidl.

For fun there's the Fun Fair and Amusement Arcades.

Mablethorpe is a small seaside town on the Lincolnshire coast. The town boasts a sandy beach, voted as one of the top 10 beaches in the UK, where you can enjoy sunbathing or a dip in the sea. Mablethorpe has a selection of reputable restaurants with a variety of cuisines, including Italian, Greek, Chinese and French, plus high street stores and independent shops, along with a weekly street market where visitors can pick up locally produced goods. The town is home to the Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary where you can meet seals along with an array of other friendly animals; the Mablethorpe Golf Course that is a must for keen golfers, whilst there is an amusement park and go-karts for those seeking an adventure.
