The property

The caravan is 3 bedroom with additional bed in the living room to make it possible to accommodate up to 8 people.

It is located on The Springs area of the park overlooking a small pond.

Outside there is a patio area with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days.

The caravan is very close to the swimming pool, gym, Nisa shop, Crazy Golf and Boathouse Bar and Restaurant, and just a few minutes walk to the other facilities including arcade, showbar, fish and chip shop etc The space consists of: living area with wall mounted TV, DVD player and selection of DVDs, L shape sofa, gas fire and a selection of board games.

Dining table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, gas oven/hob and all necessary cooking utensils etc. Main Bedroom with double bed, dressing table and wardrobe.

There is also a TV with built in DVD player. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have 2 single beds and wardrobe. The main bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink.

The living room has the additional sleeping area with fold out double bed. There is plenty to do on site at Southview, which is run by Parkdean, please note that activity passes are required to access some facilities and these are not included in the price.

They are optional and you don’t need to purchase them unless you want to use certain facilities.

Passes can be purchased from reception on arrival.

Facilities available include pool, sauna, golf course, fishing lake, crazy golf, showbar entertainment and kids activities.

Plenty of nice walking areas and wildlife around. There is a Nisa shop on site along with 2 restaurants, a games arcade, fish and chip shop, ice cream stalls, pizza and chicken takeaway.

Laundrette also available on site for a charge.

Nearby are plenty of restaurants and shops. You are only a 5 minute drive to Skegness town centre and the beach.

Chapel St Leonard’s and Ingoldmells are also nearby approx 15 mins drive.

A bus service also stops regularly in the park to go to Skegness. Parking available next to the caravan.

No parking allowed on the grass. Strictly no smoking or vaping. PLEASE NOTE: Bed linen and towels are not provided.

Quilts, pillows and protectors are included but please bring your own bed linen.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100.
