KITCHEN :: The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a four ring gas stove, grill and oven, along with all kitchen essentials for your stay away from home :: To make your holiday more convenient there is a built in microwave, dishwasher and full height fridge/freezer BEDROOMS :: The master bedroom includes a double size bed with a wardrobe and a dressing table with hair drier.

Includes plugs and USB charging points next to the bed.

:: Bedroom two has a single wardrobe and twin beds with double plug sockets. :: Bedroom three has a standard size single bed with a small desk and chair, finished with a plug sockets and USB charging points. :: The family bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink. :: The second WC has a toilet and sink. :: Linen is not provided.

You are responsible for bringing your own bed sheets and covers, towels and tea towels. LIVING AREA :: The flat screen TV has Freeview provided :: Various plug socket points accessible :: Dining table surrounded by built in seating area PARKING :: There is a parking space alongside the caravan for 1 vehicle.

CARAVAN LOCATION AND PARK FACILITIES :: The caravan is in a quiet & sheltered location near the entrance of the holiday park, a short walk from the on-site shop and facilities.

The beach is a short five minute walk. :: The on site heated swimming pool, entertainment and restaurant are close enough to walk to within a minute, whilst being far enough away to be out of site and out of mind :: On-site children’s play area :: Entertainment passes are available to purchase from reception :: There is an on park wireless Wi-Fi service which you can sign up and pay for during your stay BOOKING INFORMATION :: This is a strictly non-smoking caravan :: Please enquire for required dates different to those advertised :: Deposit required with booking.

Full payment with refundable security bond required 6 weeks prior to arrival date or with booking if booked within 8 weeks of arrival date. :: This is a pet-free caravan, unfortunately we are unable to allow dogs or pets **WE ASK THAT YOU RESPECT THE CARAVAN AND LEAVE IT IN THE SAME, CLEAN AND TIDY STATE THAT YOU FIND IT.

PLEASE REMOVE ALL RUBBISH PRIOR TO DEPARTURE AND DISPOSE OF APPROPRIATELY AT RELEVANT BIN LOCATIONS.

PLEASE NOTE, IF THE VAN ISNT LEFT REASONABLY CLEAN AND TIDY A CLAIM WILL BE MADE FOR A PORTION OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.
