Only 1 minute walk to beach and 2 mins to site facilities.
2 bedrooms, one a twin and the other a king size bed with a luxury mattress .
2 bathrooms with one being an en-suite to main bedroom .
Most vans are open plan.
Mine has a wall and doorway between lounge and kitchen diner.
Fully central heated and double glazed with own WIFI.
Code supplied upon arrival.
Smart TV in lounge so bring your Netflix or Disney log in, however as you are between the sea and mountains it can sometimes be a bit slow.
DVD player with lots of DVDs and board games.
All cooking utensils supplied and crockery with microwave, air fryer and slow cooker.
Plus all sauces and condiments supplied.
All duvets and pillows provided.
Beds can be made up for arrival or you can bring your own, just advise preference.
Bathroom has good sized shower and heated towel rail.
Parking at side of van .for 2 cars
New composite decking at side and front so safe for young children or dogs .
Gas and electricity included
10 minutes drive into Barmouth where there is a co op and Iceland for shopping although Asda will deliver !
Leisure passes can be bought at reception.Last year it was £40
for a family of 4 but await confirmation for this year.
They don't have to be bought if not required.
I can make beds up if required .
