Good communication after booking and clear instructions for arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed it the location was ideal near to all amenities and short distance to the sea front would definitely recommend

“Fantastic holiday!”

The caravan was stunning. Spotlessly clean with a beautiful view. Nice and quiet also. Bedrooms were beautiful. Big roomy kitchen and living room. Everything was perfect. The town was amazing with lots to do! My only complaint… I wish I could have stayed longer!! Thank you to Matthew and Amy. You were both professional and really helpful throughout. We will definitely be visiting again. Rachel :)

“Said professionally cleaned.”

Water in bathroom sink, hair, crumbs and rubbish in fold down bed, dirty deckchairs and a dog poo next to the broken decking. They then tried to claim for damage for a strip of seal on edge of worktop which was there when we arrived because iI saw it and damage to a the top of cupboard in twin bedroom as if we had dislodged a cupboard. an absolute lie. We forgot to log out of our Netflix and when we got home and logged in found it had been tampered with. They chaneged the profile name to a profanity. The owner is completely trying it on. Utterly disgraceful. I’m making a formal complaint

We find most of this review fake as the damage was caused by the guests as myself the owner stayed in there the 2 nights before it was only when it was reported to us by the cleaners the damage and photos received from the cleaners plus plus they claimed when arrived they had no linen and towels which is a optional extra with they hadn't paid for but we still sent cleaners back with linen and cleaners purchased brand new towels which the guests and kept 2 which is theft also in the information sent out we state if you the smart TV for netflix etc is to log out when leave which we can't be liable for if they don't this is for their account security, which really shows the information wasn't read. Also when cleaner dropped off the linen and towels for free they were asked if every thing was ok and your reply was yes all good this was 4 hours after arrival other thing we must point out the decking isn't broken as it's not actually decking it's wooden steps due to location also the profile hasn't been changed in 3 years so this is all fabrication. This Willerby Richmond static holiday (silver standard) home offers a modern and well-equipped interior with two bedrooms and an additional sofa bed in the living room.

The ensuite bathroom adds convenience with Jack and Jills doors gives direct access to bathroom from master bedroom, and the modern kitchen provides all necessary amenities.

The living area is spacious and includes a 32-inch TV with Free sat Play channels.

Based on a quet plot on Aberstwyth Holiday Village. We do have offers available from time to time for returning bookings. Pet-friendly max 2 dogs (holiday parks rules) The Aberystwyth Holiday Village, Aberystwyth caravan park offers various amenities, including a sports bar and a club with entertainment during the main season and on weekends from Easter.

Guests can also enjoy the indoor swimming pool, a sports bar, a main club, a kids indoor play area, a small arcade, a coffee shop, and a mini-park for children.

The town, seafront, and main train station are all within a 10 to 15-minute walk from the park. The static holiday home is cleaned by a professional cleaning company, and the onsite facilities are operated by the holiday park.

The owners privately own the static holiday home. We now have a discount code for all our customers for the dolphin boat trips at New Qay, with our discount code. We have our own WIFI connection installed to access free of charge.

Please note with being mobile network oparated its not as relaible as home broad band Unless otherwise requested, bedding and towels can be provided for £40.
