Hello - I am sorry that your stay was cut short, I have checked the van and it was over use of the heaters that caused the electric to trip out. I have left contact details for any emergencies. There are electric blankets and oil radiators to help with cold periods overnight, as It can get very cold especially in earlier months . The van is advertised as pet friendly , although cleaned thoroughly , there will on times be evidence of pets. I try to give a homely feeling to the van and appreciate your feedback. I'm sorry for the issues that you have experienced and I have messaged you to return for a free nights stay , at your leisure .
