“We had an amazing stay at Sarah’s caravan during the May school holiday with my husband and I, our two boys and the dog.”

The caravan itself had everything you could need, far better than the norm. Sarah couldn’t have been more helpful, she gave me info on pet care in the area and anything else we needed plus she was really quick to help when we couldn’t work out the boiler. The caravan park itself was fab, there was loads to do and plenty to eat plus it was in a good spot for exploring the area. Plus we found the most delicious Indonesian take away just a 5-10 minute drive away - their nasi goreng was ...

Sorry, I can’t remember the name but it was the only non pizza/chinese/fish and chips in the area - we found it with a Google search! We’ll definitely book again the next time we’re heading to Norfolk and would recommend it to anyone!

“This caravan is suitable for families with young children as lots going on around this area.”

Lots of children playing outside. Please also take everything you need as nothing provided, no condiments, hand soap or cleaning products whatsoever. We would not book again as caravan located in our least favoured part of the park. We would not have booked had we known and photo showed caravan on previous plot.

Thank you for your review! What a shame that you were unable to enjoy your holiday due to the children playing. Our caravan is fully equipped for our holidaymakers from toilet rolls, to kitchen equipment, to free use of our duvets etc. We do not provide toiletries and food items though due to hygiene reasons, however, we do provide cleaning equipment. As described in our advert we are located on a desirable area near to the outside pool and within walking distance of the main facilities. We also have the luxury of being on a quiet road with very little thoroughfare making it a great place for families and couples who want to relax and enjoy their holiday. “Beautiful little caravan tucked away in quiet are of the park but also not too far for my 10 year old to get to the park by himself.”

Would definitely book again, the decking at the front made it even nicer as we like to sit outside Just one little issue was that the dishwasher wasn’t working which wasn’t a major issue, only problem was we didn’t realise until we had filled it with plates, just a note to say it wasn’t working might be helpful for the future.

“Just got back from a great 4 night stay.”

The caravan was perfect, like a home from home, & in a great location within the park as well as it being within a short distance of various beaches & other places to visit. No problems with checking in, quick & easy. The site has lots of daily activities which we made use of. My 11 year old loved all it had to offer. Would definitely recommend booking. Sarah, the owner, was informative and friendly & I’d absolutely look to stay here again. Thanks so much!

“Lovely and clean and great help when ever we had a question.”

Nice and modern with everything that we needed. Had to clean balcony before the mrs went oit there as it had lots of spider webs other than that fullt recommend using these guys for sure.

“Just had a great week in this lovely caravan.”

It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The caravan was very comfortable and was on a nice quiet part of the site yet only 5 minutes from the main activities. We would recommend this caravan to anyone, Sarah was very easy to deal with, only had to call her once and she dealt with with our request promptly. Anyone going here will not be disappointed. “Was very impressed with caravan, it was so lovely and clean and smelt clean when entering the van.”

Sarah the owner was so helpful, never been to the site before it was a lovely relaxed quite site but at the same time loads of things for the family to do , and not to far a drive from places to visit . Would highly recommend this site along with this van . Will definitely be visiting again .

The property

8 Berth, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom plus additional toilet in hallway.

Located on a desirable area near to the outside pool, overlooking the green and within walking distance of the main facilities.

We also have the luxury of being on a quiet road with very little thoroughfare making it a great place for families and couples who want to relax and enjoy their holiday The accommodation: Large, open living space with seating area and addition dining area seating with table.

TV, storage.

Pull out sofa bed.

Fully functional kitchen with modern units, four-hob cooker with separate grill and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.

Plus equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery and utensils. Master double bedroom with wardrobe and dressing table.

Extra toilet with sink in hallway.

Twin Room 1 with clothes storage.

Twin Room 2 with clothes storage. Family bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and plenty of storage. This caravan is equipped with iron and ironing board. We are lucky to face an open green area near to where the entertainment team sometimes puts on activities but not too close that holidaymakers overlook our caravan.

We have a built in balcony with roof to it.

Please note, we will provide duvets and pillows free of charge but if you require linen (covers and pillowcases) we can supply this for £50 per caravan.

Towels are not included. PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow pets, smokers or single sex parties.

We cater for families and couples looking to enjoy a fabulous holiday at an amazing holiday park.
