Avocet 72 is located in an ideal location on the delightful Pinewoods holiday Park close to the town of Wells-next-the-Sea in Norfolk.
We bought the caravan in 2024, fulfilling a dream we had held for a number of years after falling in love with the place on our first visit a few years ago.
We are located close to the park entrance and amenities such as the shop, play area and laundrette, but in a secluded setting, nestled under a silver birch tree and next to a tall hedge giving privacy from the surrounding caravans.
From the caravan, it’s just a short 5 to 10 minute walk to Wells beach, perfect location to save your little ones’ and dogs’ legs!
To the side of the caravan is the decking area with table and chairs seating eight, and a bench seat.
On entering the caravan door and into the entrance hallway, the fully fitted kitchen, with microwave, fridge freezer and gas oven is immediately in front of you.
To the left is the dining area seating 6, and comfortable lounge with a 40 inch smart television, and a gas fire for those chillier nights.
The caravan is equipped with Wi-Fi with decent speeds.
To the right of the hallway is the sleeping area with a double bedroom a twin bedroom and a bathroom with toilet sink and shower (which is excellent!).
The magnificent pine woods that give the park its name, are a five minute walk from the caravan, the other side of which is the breathtakingly beautiful Wells beach, with its famous beach huts and miles of glorious golden sands.
Holkham Hall is only 2 miles away, reached via a public footpath that can be cycled.
Wells town is a 20 minute walk in the opposite direction, with its harbour, boutique shops, amusement arcades, pubs and restaurants and of course its two renowned fish and chip restaurants, French’s and Plattens.
Further out there are plenty of other attractions to keep you and your family and four legged friends very busy!
Our prices are all inclusive, including bed linen, cleaning and no extra charges for dogs.
