The weather was hot and the caravan was very homely and very well equipped- pinewoods was very peaceful- we enjoyed our holiday very much

Very clean with a welcome pack to add that extra little touch. Comfortable and warm. Plenty of everything in the kitchen. Very thoughtfully equiped. Outdoor furniture well maintained Martin the owner was excellent with his communication Somewhere to return to.

“We have had a wonderful time staying here.”

When we arrived it was immaculately clean and smelled amazing, I’d have given it a 6 rather than a 5 for cleanliness if I could. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. Everything you could need was on hand. It was comfortable and spacious and Pinewoods is a lovely quiet site. We have already booked again around Easter next year. We have a 2 year old and there was plenty of room for him to run around. Highly recommended.

“My sister and I have just returned from our annual holiday in wells next to the sea.”

We have been coming to this caravan for the fourth time now and we love it. The caravan is so nice and has ample storage, there was a nice welcome pack upon our arrival. We always come after the school children return back to school, so it is very peaceful on the caravan park.Wells is a lovely costal town and the beach is really close. Also in the the town you can jump on the bus to other places, if you don’t want to drive. Go to patterns fish and chip shop , they are the best. We have already booked in for next year and Martin and Pam are only a call away , if you have any questions. Thanks Martin and Pam we had a lovely holiday.

“Fantastic clean, well presented caravan with everything you could need in a nice quiet location on the popular pinewoods park.”

We had a great holiday with some lovely days out. Beds were lovely and comfortable and welcome after long walks along the beach and through the pinewoods to holkham. Please don't book this caravan as we want it all to ourselves????????

A lovely cosy feel and have had a lovely welcome food pack upon our arrival. Martin and Pam have been lovely and are always their via phone or email if there any concerns . Already booked in for next year. Wells next to the sea is a lovely costal town and all the other nearby places are great if you want to explore a little bit.

“A beautiful, modern, spacious and clean caravan, with everything you could need on a holiday.”

The welcome pack was very welcome and saved us a trip to the shops. Unfortunately we did not have the best weather (40-50 mile an hour winds), but we were quite cosy in the caravan. This is a very peaceful location, and Wells as always was a joy to spend time in. I would definitely recommend this caravan, and hope to stay again next year.

“With our little dog Judy, we had a peaceful stay at a super caravan.”

I really do not think anything was lacking. The terrace was a Godsend for us especially Judy who had a chat with other dogs and passing holidaymakers, she really enjoyed keeping the pigeons and gulls away. The caravan was well located a short walk from the dig friendly beach where Judy enjoyed a cooling splash. Thank You

“Spacious , very clean and modern dog friendly caravan.”

Great position on pinewoods site. Large enclosed decking area which was great to sit out and watch the local wild life ( ducks and rabbits) . Liked the large fridge and freezer and excellent kitchen wares . Recommend this caravan for a chilled out relaxing holiday with dogs as fantastic walks on your doorstep.
