“Excellent caravan in an excellent location.”

The caravan was very clean and spacious. Had everything you needed even extras like cleaning stuff, food, bbq and beach stuff. Shower was powerful. Fantastic location literally you walk out of the caravan directly onto sand dunes and beach. Verander got sun all day long. Owner kept in touch before the holiday and was on hand if we needed him whilst there but we didnt due to it being perfect. Grassed area right outside the caravan for the children to play aged 8 years to 14 years. Would highly recommend.

“The caravan was clean and very well equipped.”

There is ample parking space.The caravan was lovely and warm and the shower was much better than mine at home!When we arrived home I realised that my daughter and I had forgotten to pack a few little gifts we had bought for a few friends.I text the owner,not really expecting he would be able to do anything about our forgetfulness,so I was delighted when he sent them to our home address!Thank you.Our deposit was returned extremely promptly too.We had a wonderful week away and thoroughly enjoyed walking our dogs on the adjoining beach,and visiting several nearby pubs where the locals were very friendly.A fantastic holiday in a lovely caravan a with an exceptionally helpful owner.Thanks for such a memorable experience.

“Good value caravan, with additional extras for the beach like windbreak, sun loungers and use of a BBQ.”

Location excellent to access the beach but other end of caravan site to the shops & entertainment which is about 10-15 minute walk. Excellent communication with the owner who always responds quickly to emails & refunded deposit immediately.

“We had a last minute short break away with 3 children (14, 9 & 2) and 2 dogs.”

The caravan is situated in the quieter area of the park, near Seagulls Club and 2 minute walk to the beach. We had the most fabulous time... no noise from the club at all and beautiful stunning walks through the dunes onto a sand and stone beach. The caravan was clean and tidy, fully equipped and amazing shower! Facilities at the Haven park are great and once you have bought your fun passes, you have access to all the clubs, amusements and pool. Would definitely recommend this holiday home and will be coming back again!!! Thank you!!!

The property

The Caravan is located at Stalham 9 on the beach front. It is very close to my other caravan on Stalham 22.

I can offer a discount if you want to book both caravans. Our Caravan is a 3 bedroom one that sleeps 8.

One double bed in master bedroom and two single beds in the other 2 bedrooms and 2 can sleep in a sofa bed in the living room.

The caravan is fully central heated and double glazed.

There is a shower room and a separate toilet. There is a barbecue available to use but please clean it after you other wise there will be a £10 cleaning charge.There is also garden furniture available and a few deck chairs. The key will be kept in a secure key box on the decking post.

Combination will be provide before arrival. This is a non smoking caravan so please respect this Please note that EV charging is not included Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to take your own sheets and towels etc. Please feel free to use commodities like ketchup, washing up liquid, teabags etc as you would at home.

Just replace them if you run out.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £25.
