    “We had a fantastic stay at Nutkins.”

    Stephen was very helpful and in full communication at all times. The caravan was clean and tidy and very welcoming. Nibbles the muntjac made an appearance every day and we had a very enjoyable stay at Kelling. It’s an excellent spot to explore the coastal area of Cromer, Sheringham, East Runton and beyond by car. Would thoroughly recommend.

The property

Our much loved caravan is double glazed, has gas central heating and has :- * A bright and spacious lounge area with flat screen TV, DVD player, coffee table, large sofa (double sofa-bed) and armchair. * Kitchen dining area with dining table and 4 chairs, a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster etc * Hallway with hanging space for coats. *Shower room with basin and wc *Twin bedded room with wardrobe, storage cupboards and drawers. *Master bedroom with, walk-in wardrobe and storage cupboard, dressing table unit, en-suite shower room with basin and wc and a wall mounted TV. The caravan has a small decking area with a bistro table and chairs. It has it’s own fenced plot with ample parking space for 2 cars. There is also a picnic table and a lockable storage shed for bicycles etc.

Holt is an attractive Georgian market town approximately five miles from the North Norfolk coast. The town offers a vibrant centre with interesting shops, eateries and a labyrinth of narrow lanes and courtyards with flint and painted cottages. On the edge of the town is the 'Poppy Line' heritage railway where you can take a steam train along a picturesque route to Sheringham, while Holt Country Park offers 100 acres of woodland with picnic area, nature trails and adventure playground for all the family to enjoy. Visit nearby Letheringsett Mill, Norfolk's only flour producing watermill, or travel just five miles from Holt to the beautiful North Norfolk coast with its lovely coastal villages. Within easy travelling distance are National Trust Sheringham Park, Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall, the seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer and the city of Norwich.
