In response to your email. We were only contacted at 12:30 midnight about the boiler itsent her a message to ring me which she did at 10:30 the gas bottle just needed the lever turning over to the new bottle she said they arrived at 3 that afternoon there was no mention of ants on the worktop or cutlery drawer or toothbrushes this was only mentioned when they had gone home and was not supported with any photos. Our cleaners cleaned 2 days before they arrived and said there was no sign of ants. We are sorry that the caravan didn't meet there expectations.
