The property

This is our lovely caravan on Browns caravan park.

The park has secure gates with fob access only.

It is a 3 bedroom (1 Double with an ensuite toilet & sink / 2 x 2 singles).

Bathroom with shower, Kitchen with built in oven, microwave, kettle & toaster. Living area compromises of smart TV with built in freeview, DVD player, DAB radio. We have a small veranda with 2 rattan chairs & table to relax on a nice warm evening. The caravan also has gas central heating & double glazed windows. We also overlook the children play area & field. On site you have a club, park, playing field & launderette.

Local amenities are tir prince market, shops, fair, pubs & arcades.

Also within walking distance to the beach. Any questions please ask.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £50.

Towyn is a popular seaside resort residing in Conwy, in between the neighbouring coastal towns of Rhyl and Llandudno. This bustling town is home to a sandy beach which stretches for miles alongside Victorian arcades, classic fish and chip shops, and local pubs and shops. Popular attractions in the town include The Tir Prince Leisure Park, a thrilling amusement park boasting the North West’s leading Harness Raceway, the largest outdoor weekly market in North Wales, and a range of rides for all the family, there's also Knightly's Fun Park, a family-friendly attraction with a funfair with a vibrant bar and restaurant.
