“The caravan itself is lovely, however was filthy on arrival.”
We had two babies in the caravan, one starting to crawl and the floors were dirty with food, hair and overall bits. The bedding hadn’t been changed and had pubic hair on the sheets with food crumbs. There was food left under the beds and on the bedroom shelves. There was a sanitary wrapper in the toilet and an empty toilet roll. The shower had hairs in and was dirty. Cleanliness was appalling. Not sure if the cleanliness is down to the owner of the caravan or the caravan site but i would be very upset if my caravan had been left in that state. Good location.
Hi thank you for your feedback I’m really sorry about the problems you had with the cleanliness of the caravan, the bedding was changed prior to your arrival we would never not change the bedding after other guests had stayed.
It is down to the owner and not the site and every guest is sent a text message one week prior to your arrival with two contact numbers for any problems or issues you have so we can rectify them straight away.
