I consistently maintain 10-star reviews on my holiday home and have built a strong reputation for cleanliness, high standards, and guest satisfaction. I treat my holiday home as I would my own, and I take great pride in maintaining it to that level. The TV was brand new, and the remote was not glued in place. I have already acknowledged this and apologised. Guests are advised to empty the hoover, although I appreciate this may not always be done. Any concerns raised, including under the bed, will be followed up with the cleaning team to ensure standards remain consistent. Based on my consistent track record and guest feedback, I believe the overall standard of the property may not be fully reflected in your comments. I always aim to provide accurate information and can only pass on what has been communicated to me. I contacted you to check whether everything had returned to normal, however I did not receive a reply. For clarity, the key code is automatically issued at 3pm on the day of check-in via the booking company. Thank you for your feedback back. For clarity, deposits are always refunded after checks where no damage has occurred. I also have a copy of the automated message of the key code and wifi password that was sent on the day of check in at 3pm so not really sure why you had problems. Property Owner
