“Caravan is in need if a deep clean very dirty.”

There was 3 of us staying and it felt so cramped the smell of wee in the very very small toilet the lino needs ripping up filthy the middle bedroom you have to walk in sideways it's that small I am not joking. Only stayed 2 of tge 3 nights. Would definitely give this caravan a miss.

“Arrived at the caravan which was filthy it had not been cleaned I messaged the owner and still no one come and cleaned it with 5 children I had to clean it so I didn't take them home upset.”

Bedroom door hanging off messaged owner over this and no one come to fix this.

“For an 8-birth caravan it was cramped and only 2 of us there!”

Not a comfortable stay at all. We are both pensioners and despite being slim we did struggle with getting either side of double bed, the toilet etc

We arrived and the caravan had not been cleaned there was food still in the fridge and cupboards sogs and rubbish under beds every cupboard was filled so we had to live out the suitcases even the wardrobes were full, the floor was stained and sticky, spoke to owner who was lovely and apologetic and offered to get some one in to clean it but we did it ourselves

Hi Pat, sorry for your experiance. I am usually on the ball regarding liaising with the cleaner. This I think was an oversight due to me being recently widowed. I take on board the fact that extra bedding is stored in cupboards and will be addressed as soon as I can get down to the van Property Owner

“On arrival the caravan is in a good position.”

We knew before we got there the info about keys and fob. On entering we found the van quite narrow, not much seating space but as advertised was 3 bedroom and did provide everything needed. The only real problem we had with being on the larger side the bedrooms and loo was a very tight squeeze. To get into the main bedroom and around bed we had to do the crab (walk sideways) same in the between the twin beds. The toilet was a real struggle for us when sat your shoulders touched each wall and there was a soft spot on the floor which we tried to avoid stepping on. This was a really small room. Wasn't the cleanest van we have stayed in with bits on food left on oven trays and baby bottle left at side of main bed but with a quick wipe was fine. Overall we had a good holiday the position of van (not far from main entrance) is great.
