Just returned this morning (29/6/25) our second stay at Linda's lovely caravan as usual everything was spotlessly clean everything you need there from coffee/ tea / sugar to all your kitchen needs microwave/ airfryer / kettle ect washing machine very homely & comfortable tvs in each bedroom & WiFi everything you need its one min walk to the indoor swimming pool / snack area thank you linda for being a great host always available if needed and will definitely be there again for our 3rd visit :-)

“We had a lovely stay in Linda’s caravan.”

We stayed for 4 nights. Linda, the owner was really friendly and was just at the end of the phone if we needed to ask her anything. There is everything you need at the caravan even down to an air fryer and washing machine! The site itself is clean, plenty to do as a family and for children and lots in walking distance too. The on site restaurant offers great choices and was delicious too! Thank you for a lovely stay, will definitely book again in the near future! x

We stayed at lindas caravan for 3 nights it was lovely spotlessly clean on arrival felt very cosy everything there you need plus the added bonus of a airfryer the bed was very comfortable with a lovely warm duvet tv in both bedrooms nice decking area with seating with lovely views our little chiwawa enjoyed sitting on there too it has a closed gate so it's very safe for your pet which is what we were looking for would highly recommend this lovely home from home caravan we will definitely be booking again in the summer linda the owner was very helpful always available if needed great host thank-you linda for everything and sharing your beautiful caravan with us

We were very disappointed with all the rules and regulations taped to the cupboard which we saw as soon as we entered the caravan so much so we didn’t touch any equipment except the kettle and ate out every day

Thank you for saying the caravan is beautiful Sorry you feel that the laminated sign on the door bothered you but it is there for you to report anything that you feel isn't right on your arrival which you didn't . “We have just come back from a 1 week stay at this caravan and we all had a fab time.”

It is a clean, tidy, homely caravan which was perfect for us (2 adults & 2 kids). It had everything we needed for our stay. The main entertainment complex (pool, clubhouse, play area etc) is only a short walk away but far enough away so that it's not noisy at night. We didn't get much sunshine during our stay but when we did, we enjoyed sitting out on the veranda. The park itself was in a good location and was a good base for sightseeing and visiting local attractions. When we had questions, Linda always responded quickly and was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this caravan and would stay again in the future.

“Arrived Friday to find the caravan in great condition, its like a home from home,great furnishings and lots of little extras.”

Time to relax and put your feet up.!! Great start to the weekend, caravan is in a great position with good views. Park has been updated since we last stayed pre covid, impressed. We didn't venture in to club house as we took our dog but plenty of pubs and cafes close by. Thanks again Linda, really enjoyed staying at caravan and hope to book again with you soon.

“We have just got back from a fantastic week in Linda's caravan.”

The caravan was lovely, clean and cosy. We felt so relaxed. The terrace meant we didn't worry about our dog, she was happy outside watching the world go by. The van position is fab, we sat out looking across at the sheep and the hills. We were instantly very comfort. We had everything we needed and more. “Fantastic stay at this lovely caravan, spotless, and comfortable, home from home really.”

Would highly recommend Linda`s van as it really is a nice stay, only a minutes walk to the club house but not too close to hear the entertainment. The van is fully equipped and spacious with evrything you would need for a nice stay. Linda was excellent with communications and really helpful throughout. Would not hesitate in a return stay in the near future.

“Once again we all had a lovely stay here.”

The caravan location is perfect. The caravan is well equipped and a home from home. The site location is ideal as a base for visiting the surrounding areas. We visited Gwrych Castle which was very local and a great morning out. We also went to Llandudno, Conwy, Colwyn Bay ,Prestatyn and Rhyl. The marine Lake train was definitely worth a short visit as well and great value .If you just want to relax at the caravan then there's the outdoor decking seating area.which is pleasant. There was a decent local market we visited on Saturday morning as well. On site there is lots going on if you want activities etc. We went swimming twice and found the pool to be clean etc. We ate in the on site restaurant for both a breakfast and an evening meal and enjoyed both. The service was quick enough and food pretty good. The on site entertainment was varied and we were always able to find a table. They do table service which was very efficient. There is a decent arcade and a shop, mini golf and much more. You can buy the passes from reception for the clubhouse. I would recommend Linda's caravan because you won't get better in my opinion .

The location is great, the caravan has everything you need and it's a home from home. We all had a fabulous stay. There's lots to do in the area. We went to Llandudno, Conwy, Rhyl and Prestatyn. There was a good local market as well on the Saturday that we visited. This is our 2nd visit to the caravan and we hope to return.

Having read the reviews online I had high expectations & I was not disappointed. The caravan was in an ideal location for exploring North Wales & has the best spot on the park with lovely views from the patio & a two minute walk to the park facilities. Linda’s holiday home was very clean & was well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. It was a real treat to find a fantastic caravan that also accepts dogs & if visiting the area again we wouldn’t hesitate in staying here.

Everything you needed was available to hand. Fortunately we had fantastic weather so in the evening until late we (myself, husband, sister and brother-in-law) just sat on the veranda G&Ts to hand chatting whilst looking at views of the welsh mountains and in the field opposite sheep and cows. The position of the caravan could not of been any better. If we ever return to Ty Mawr we will definitely give Linda a ring. Thanks for our lovely stay.

“This was a Late booking and The owner Linda was actually away on holiday herself, however she went out of her way to accommodate us, and we had to put her to a lot of trouble in getting the keys, but to Linda this was No trouble.”

The caravan was exceptionally clean, warm, inviting, relaxing and a lot of love and thought has gone into the decor of this caravan. Absolutely loved it, everything you could think of that you needed was already there in the caravan. Dvd’s And games Also included!!! As I said to Linda, I could live in this caravan all year round. Situated in a lovely quiet spot with lovely views from the verandah, field with the sheep in. Highly recommend this caravan to all ages, will definitely be returning, looking up dates now but looking fully booked. ???? Linda your caravan is a credit to you. Thank you

the caravan was beautiful and very clean and had the most stunning view from the balcony, my little boy loved saying hello to the sheep on the balcony every morning it’s about 2 minutes walk to all the facilities on the site restaurant/bar and pool we will most definitely be booking again and can’t think linda enough for a great service and stunning caravan we would definitely recommend!! :)

“A lovely caravan on a good position on the site.”

The van was very clean and cosy and had the added bonus of a washing machine. In good weather there is a nice balcony to sit out on. I would highly recommend this caravan. Linda was very good when dealing with all enquiries and key etc. The site has lots going on and is a good base to explore the surrounding area. We hope in the future to return.
