“We had a lovely break in an amazing caravan.”

From the moment we booked Barbara was helpful and informative on everything we needed to know about our stay, nothing was too much trouble and she was always happy to help.The caravan was beautiful and homely and had everything you needed to enjoy your holiday. The position of the caravan was great as it was close enough to al the amenities which helped when a guest has mobility issues. I would thoroughly recommend staying in this accommodation and I am sure you will have a great holiday.

“Well what an absolutely amazing holiday this is by far the best caravan we stayed in location is perfect close to everything .”

Beach so close activities and places to eat perfect and very quiet even though you’re so close to everything. The caravan beautiful immaculate very homely and the owner lovely very helpful . “This is our third time in the caravan, this time we went for my sisters 70th birthday Barbara put banners and balloons for me in the caravan it was a lovely surprise for her and they also left her a lovely card and present, they can not do enough for you.”

The caravan is beautiful so clean with everything in it that you need even the beds are made up for you so you turn up and start your holiday straight away, it’s in a good part of the park we were very lucky had good weather so made the most of the decking, thank you for everything hope to see you soon xxx

“This is by far the nicest caravan I have ever stayed in and just the nicest owner.”

When we arrived Barbara the owner had decorated the whole caravan for the children for Halloween and made little sweet cones it was so lovely. The caravan was just perfect, so so clean, lovely decor which made it feel so homely and cosy. We accidently left a few items behind in the caravan and straight away Barabara offered to post them to us which she did the day after which was so kind of her. I would definitely recommend staying here you won't be disappointed.

“Beautiful caravan with lots of added little extras such as toys for the kids.”

Location was perfect (a few mins walk to everything). Parking right outside the van and extra visitors spaces which was handy as we had a second car. Communication from Barbara was great (particularly when we left a pair of trainers behind!). The park itself is great for children. My kids loved the activities and seaside squad. Can't comment on bingo etc as we didn't go to this. Look forward to returning. Thank you for trusting us with your beautiful van!

“What a beautiful caravan!”

We have just returned from a lovely stay. The caravan was spotless, beds all made up, everything thought about and great quality. Children’s games, noodles for swimming and toys. The owners are genuine, lovely people who want you to have a wonderful stay, great to communicate with, we are so pleased you shared your beautiful van with us. The location for us was ideal, with 4 children it was close to everything! The beach, the entertained, the pool and park. You could hear the music from the venue at night but this didn’t affect our stay one bit. Great having the outside decking giving a safe, extra space for the children to be free. I would not hesitate to recommend this holiday to others, if we are back in the area we would most definitely return. We had a fab weekend and so pleased we found you.

We visited last year and had to return again this year. The van itself was spotless and fitted with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. The owners were very informative of any information we needed for our stay, and always got back to us with answers of any questions we had. Definitely worth a stay!!

“We stayed in Barbara's beautiful caravan for the bank holiday weekend.”

We were on a family weekend with a baby. The caravan was absolutely spotless and had everything you would need for a home from home break away. Communication with Barbara before we came away was brilliant nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed playing some board games that are provided once the little one was asleep. The site was a busy site but there was no noise after 10:30 - 11 so that was good especially with a small baby.

“From a family of 6 with children ranging from 2 to 18, nice big site with great facilities for everyone.”

2 lovely parks for young children, football and basketball pitches for the older ones. Great indoor and outdoor pools. Plenty of place to get food from on and off site and supermarkets not far from site. The caravan is immaculate and beautifully presented, nice little touches that you wouldn’t normally get when renting. Have nothing negative to say, communication was great, would definitely recommend

“Myself my daughter and partner and my little granddaughter have come back for a 2nd time to Barbara’s and John,s beautiful caravan which is a stones throw away from all the amenities and activities, it’s like home from home we will not be going anywhere else now as it’s always spotless has everything you need and more and the beds are so comfy which is a big must for me , the outside is just as lovely with all her lights, flowers a table to relax and enjoy a drink or 2 ?”

“I booked this caravan for the Easter weekend and it did not disappoint!”

The caravan is immaculate and absolutely lovely inside! With the added bonus of being about a 30 second walk from the facilities which is perfect with children. Barbara is also an excellent host and kept in contact with me and let me know when to book onto the activities and had decorated the caravan for Easter and left some eggs and a few other bits for the kids to do. “5 star accommodation!”

Caravan exceeded expectations, warm and cosy with every utensil required to make delicious meals. The close proximity to the beach and swimming pool was very welcome with small children. 1 min walk to pool and 3 mins to the beach. The extra board games and toys for the kids made it really easy to entertain the children. Plenty of outside space at the back' front and side of the caravan for kids to play within eyesight. Also, not too close to your neighbours unlike the rest of the caravans in Haven. The site is easy to ride your bikes around, only 15 mins ride to Talacre beach. We also combined our stay with a trip to Chester zoo (only 45mins away). Would highly recommend.

“Just back home from a wonderful break at Prestatyn haven, and myself and my family highly recommend this caravan to hire.”

It was spotlessly clean with good appliances that worked, certainly equipped with everything you needed to make your stay more comfortable and easy. The outside decking area had seating and with all the beautiful bloomed flowers made it just perfect. There’s an allocated parking space for the caravan, which made it easy on arrival just to pull in and get the cases to the van. The owners were easy to reach by phone incase we had any issues, and extremely helpful before our stay providing us with directions to the van and any other information we needed all these little things they have done for us made it a completely stress free holiday.

“WOW !! This is a 10 out of 10 holiday home”

.. Owners Barbara and John have made this caravan so homely the beds were made up so much thought and care as been put into this caravan I mean even floor mats in the toilet areas !! Amazing!! stayed here from 11th -21st of August from walking in the smell was fresh and clean it was truly breathtaking everything you would need is here from every utensil to children’s books and games.. It is a minute walk from all the entertainment which we found to be fantastic with a 13,10,5 and a 4 year old just brilliant thanks again Barbara for the quick responses when first enquiring about our stay!! If you have the chance book this caravan you won’t be disappointed !!

“B C Caravan Presthaven sands 2 adults and 5 children aged between 6 -11 have just had an amazing stay at this resort, the communication with barb the owner has been excellent, the caravan was beautiful, clean, comfortable they have gone out of their way to make it home from home with everything you need for your stay including toys, games etc fir the kids, the caravan is in an amazing spot close to all amenities, we even felt comfortable letting our kids go out and explore with us being able to keep an eye on them and they loved that little bit of freedom, I honestly can't fault anything about our stay and would definitely recommend to family and friends.”

The location of this caravan is excellent! You really could not be any closer to the facilities. This is not something we noticed before booking so this was a brilliant surprise. “Literally the best caravan we have ever stayed in !”

!! We had older children with us as well and the caravan was situated in the easier pitch to accommodate everyone’s needs. If I had any questions everything was answered immediately and I couldn’t have asked for better service. The caravan its self was very homely everything is catered for , beds are so comfortable, my children cried when we had to leave ( I had to book an extra few days to extend the holiday, again this was no trouble). Literally cannot wait to come back ! Thank you again for letting us stay x

Booking in was very easy, Car registration was recognised by Security. On arrival the caravan was very welcoming, beds made up and a nice homely feel. “We had the absolute pleasure of being the first family to stay in this beautiful new caravan.”

The caravan is in a great location on the site, right opposite all the attractions and entertainment. Perfect with having little ones. There was lots to keep us all entertained. It is only a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach and sand dunes. The caravan itself is decorated beautifully, absolutely immaculate and has all mod cons. The outside decking area is gated with seating area for the family and lovely pot plants/lights. My kids and the adults had a fantastic stay here. Thank you so much, I highly recommend this caravan. We can not wait to come and stay in this caravan again soon x
