The caravan is situated on a fantastic plot next to the sand dunes on the Erddig area of Haven's Presthaven
Beach Resort.
We are just a 2 minute walk from the main entertainment/pool area of the park and approx 100 metres to the beach access.
This beach access leads to the nature reserve area with the lovely sandy beach looking to the right.
We are very fortunate to have large decking as you come out the front door with seating for 6 and ample room for children.
There is also a large paved patio area to the side of the caravan for outdoor family dining.
Nestled into the sand dunes we have newly landscaped a raised patio section for daytime/ evening entertaining.
This has relaxing low level seating consisting on 2 seater sofa, 2 chairs and coffee table.
We have this lit with solar lighting as well as attractive planting.
Our caravan is prestige graded.
It is fully central heated and double glazed with 3 bedrooms.
The double bedroom has a double bed, 19 tv, ample wardrobe and above bed storage.
Also 2 twin rooms with wardrobe and above bed storage.
Both the twin rooms have a tv in.
We also have a double pull out sofa bed in the living room should you need it although please note our caravan is strictly limited to 6 persons staying.
We have a full family shower room with toilet and basin and an additional separate toilet room.
Living room is extremely large and spacious with a full wrap around sofa that converts into a sofa bed should you need it.
Gas fire, Storage footstool, 40" Smart Television, DVD player, free WIFI, in built speaker system.
Spacious fitted Kitchen area with gas cooker with hob, full size Fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, panini sandwich press, halogen air oven and all utensils needed.
Separate dining area with light beach table and stools to seat six people.
There is a choice of a few small car parks a few caravans away each side.
