The lounge has a 43 inch Freeview TV with DVD player and a Bluetooth stereo system that you can connect your phones to and play music
The kitchen has a 4 hob gas cooker with built in oven and microwave, Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, hairdryer
The main bedroom as a tv with built in freeview and a DVD player.

This bedroom is en-suite with a toilet, shower and wash basin
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have twin beds, TV’s and USB sockets fitted.
Quilts and pillows are provided.
You must bring your own bed sheets, pillow cases, quilt covers and towels/T towels or I can rent them for you

Access to the holiday home is from 4pm on day of arrival.
Please vacate by 11am on day of departure.
I do not include cleaning and would expect you to clean properly before you leave.
A cleaner visits before your arrival to check all is ok.
In the event of any major damage or breakages whilst occupied we would ask for replacement or installation cost within 7 days failing which we reserve the right to commence recovery proceedings and any associated costs being paid by you.
