Welcome to our caravan. Escape the busy end of the park in our quiet escape on birch court.

Surrounded by trees this is a wonderful corner plot with an all day suntrap veranda!

It is a 3 bedroom caravan sleeping 8, with secure gated veranda Fully heated with double glazing and equipped with everything you need to make your stay an enjoyable one! The lounge has a gas fire, oil filled radiators, dining table, TV, nintendo wii, DVD player and DVDs and games and toys for all the family to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker microwave kettle, toaster, dishwasher, cooking utensils and a fridge with ample freezer space. There is 1 bathroom with a shower and a separate second WC. There is a toddler seat/step provided for little ones. The main bedroom has a double bed with blow heating and oil filled radiator. The 2 other bedrooms have 2 single beds in each, blow heating and oil filled radiators too. All bedrooms have wardrobe space. There is a baby bath, bed guards and a travel cot under the bed too should these be needed. Outside you will find a gated decking with rattan style furniture. This is a lovely little suntrap all year round Great for eating Al fresco all times of the day! We are situated on a larger than average pitch, so there is plenty of room for little ones to play on the grass and run around safely. Bedding can be provided but please remember your own towels. We are located 7 minutes away from the lake house complex and fairground.

We are 10-15 minutes approx. From the main complex, funworks and adventure pool.

Set in the magnificent Filey Bay, Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday, making it an ideal place to stay for walkers and wildlife watchers at any time of the year. Filey Brigg is a low headland that protects Filey Bay and provides good bird watching and seawatching opportunities all year round. The 400 ft high Bempton Cliffs (RSPB Reserve) to the south of Filey Bay are home to over 250,000 seabirds in the summer. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels and there is a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, plus delightful beach chalets that can be hired through the summer months. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens, where brass bands play on a Sunday afternoon. This small town is family orientated and there are loads of family activities such as Alpamare UK waterpark, Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and the Filey Dams Nature Reserve, a wetland reserve where all kinds of common and rare birdlife can be seen. A short drive brings you to the busier town of Scarborough where you will find great beaches, a castle, the Rotunda Museum and the acclaimed Sea Life Centre. Other towns worth visiting close to Filey include Bridlington, Whitby, Hornsea and Saltburn, which all demonstrate the vibrancy of this picturesque North Yorkshire region.
