“Very very happy the caravan was ready to use 2 hours earlier than the arrival time.”

Which gave us more time to spend on site and the hosts were lovely and helpful. The welcome basket was so kind & thoughtful fully prepared. The caravan was spotlessly clean and tidy. The view to the sea from the caravan was beautiful and we were able to enjoy the decking to look out. My husband and I had a lovely experience with Lear Lesiure I highly recommend booking and staying with them you won’t regret it .

Nicely done out, you have everything possible you could think of for what you need from cleaning utensils to ironing board and iron, games, PlayStation, books, tea, sugar and coffee, Hair dryer Even down to shampoo and conditioner. We didn’t have a dog but you wouldn’t even notice you allow dog in has it’s that clean and smells lovely. We will definitely be back and recommending it to anyone that’s wanting a holiday. Also came with stunning views of the sea and sun rise it was beautiful I’d love to wake up to that any day. Thank you for having us and we will see you again soon.

“We have had many caravan holidays over the years which more towards Filey area.”

We discovered this site thorough the UKcaravans4hire site. I'm not exaggerating when I say we've just had the best weeks holiday in a very long time. We have 3 kids and my in-law's also came away with us. The caravan was spacious for us all. Location is next to the sea/beach using an unofficial path down to it. Only a couple of minutes walk to the shops, arcades, restaurant, leisure facilities. The caravan is also in a very quiet location. Every morning on the veranda I could look out at the sea whilst sipping on a coffee. The NISA shop on site is a little pricey but there is a post office /shop in the village which is 2 minutes in a car and a lot cheaper, it has everything. Before arrival the owner organised our swim days and passes so there was no queues or disappointment and our week was already pre-planned before arrival. The extra of crazy golf and bowling are booked through reception. 12 minutes drive to Bridlington. There is also a cracking beach near the site (Fraisthorpe) which is less than 10 minutes in a car (£5 all day parking) it has a CAFE and toilets on site. Me and my lads walked down the beach to Bridlington. We also went to Bridlington Animal Park which is also a short drive. On the only day we had bad weather we went to the sweet factory which has a huge soft play area and a huge sweet shop to keep the kids entertained. All the staff on site are very friendly and welcoming. It felt we'd done so much in such a short time. We will definitely be going again. Highly recommended.

It is furnished to a very high spec and the owner has added lots of personal little touches to make it feel like home. The kitchen has everything you need. There is also a hairdryer provided in the master bedroom. The owners are fantastic and very friendly & accommodating. We have stayed in the Lear family caravans twice now and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed over the jubilee holidays and when we arrived the caravan was all trimmed up with jubilee decorations outside and bunting. Can totally recommend this caravan. You won’t be disappointed. Sea views from the sofa and 2mins walk to the beach which stretches for miles. You can see bridlington & Flamborough head easily from the beach. Bar, restaurant and entertainment center is a few minutes walk from the caravan. The Lear family are a joy to deal with and we're extremely responsive & we will definitely be returning

Caravan was very clean spacious and in the ideal location plenty of dvds and playstation to keep the kids entertained, linen charged at £65 extra thought was extremally high and charged £10 per mark or stain if there was any also the owner of the van made our stay a little off putting, i received a text from the owner saying they had been informed that we have more than 1 dog stopping in the van which violates the teams and conditions and she had been round to the van to check but we was out, we only had our dog we had other family members stopping on site in different vans at the same time and my daughter had popped over to the van for no more than 5 minutes with her dog and sat on the veranda as the van we was renting was next to the beach, we informed carol of this to get a text back saying she has spy's and informers everywhere and sorry one of her informers had made a mistake and she will tell them off lol , after that felt very uncomfortable in the van felt like we was being watched and spied on wont be stopping there again unfortunately

Carol and her daughter were fantastic and they even got another gas bottle delivered at short notice when one ran out. (I was never without gas as there are always two) I've stayed in both of their caravans and they are both equally fab. Very clean and have the basics included. (Cleaning products etc). The van is spotless,well equipped and comfortable. It is on a lovely quiet spot with a really nice verandah over looking the sea. It is a perfect base for exploring the east coast. The caravan is spotless & nicely decorated & was really well equipped. The lounge & kitchen/dining area are open plan with nice seating The location is in a quiet cul de sac with a small decking area which was perfect for a coffee or glass of wine & sea view. The owners & their daughter were really helpful & friendly. Although the site is very family orientated they had no problem with noise from the bar, shops & amusements close by. My only problem was that the kitchen cupboards are quite high & couldnt quite reach everything! Maybe the crockery & glasses could be kept in the lower unit for us shorties!! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

We have an 6 berth, 3 bedroomed Luxury Swift Loire static caravan with sea views available for hire at Skipsea Sands Holiday Park, Driffield, YO25 8TZ The caravan has a Sea view, with full wrap round decking and parking for two cars.

Central heating and double glazed. Skipsea Sands Holiday Park is a family friendly site and the caravan sleeps up to 6 people!

The caravan is near to the amusements and the clubhouse.

Access to the beach is a 10-15 minute walk.

Unfortunately no groups thank you. We as a family have been spending our summers at Skipsea since 1967 when my parents had a caravan on the site.

We can't wait to help you make memories like we had!
