“This caravan is absolutely beautiful, got everything you need literally felt like home.”

The view is out of this world, and we even spotted the dolphins. The site has everything you need from shops onsite, to laundrette. Arcades for the kids and pub for the grown ups. My kids are older but had kids entertainment in the show room. Plenty of places to eat. The beach is only a 2 min walk away. Will definitely be returning. Owners are the nicest people you could wish for too ??

“This was our 2nd stay at Carol and Keith's beautiful caravans at Skipsea Sands.”

We took our 2 American Cocker spaniels too. They were very sad to leave today. The caravans are exceptionally clean and you have everything you could ever need. From tea, coffee, to PlayStation dvds and even a beautiful welcome pack. It's like home from home. Carol and Keith are at the end of the phone for any questions you may need answering. We can't wait for our next visit in July, all ready got a booking in for next year. Once you go you won't be able stop going. Caravans have sea views which is amazing on a morning. And wrap around decking all secure so no escaping with out door furniture

“Just had a fantastic weekend.”

The caravan is beautiful, so clean and lots of extras like tea and coffee, tea towel and toilet roll. Fabulous view of the sunrise over the sea from the decking. Kids loved the board games and PlayStation. Very well equipped with everything u need. Carol couldn’t be more helpful. Fantastic that me and my sister could hire both vans next door to each other. We will definitely be back!

We had everything we needed including full size cooker, microwave, toaster etc. Comfy beds and felt like a home from home. We were a family of Grandparents and teenage granddaughter. Plenty to do on the site and stunning scenery. Will definitely be back.

“We have just returned from a fantastic week away with the kids and in-laws.”

It was our puppys first trip too and he was in his element with the beach. The van was spotless you wouldn’t even know it was a pet friendly van as you could not tell pets had been there it was so clean. The van had everything we needed and plenty of space for all the clothes etc. The location is perfect, nice quiet area literally 3 minutes walk from the complex and a 2 minute walk to the beach steps. The kids loved the van the DVD’s, playstation and boardgames in hand were perfect for the 1 day where it rained. Carol has been so helpful throughout booking and with any questions I had before and during our stay. Thanks again!

Caravan was clean and well stocked with games and play station. Even nice wine glasses which is a bonus. Lovely seating area on the decking to enjoy my coffee! Pitch is one back from the sea so lovely view as well. Lear Leisure team were on hand for anything. I would highly recommend

“Just got back from a beautifull week in carols caravan and what a fantastic caravan, so well equiped with everything you need, i love how homely they have made the van and its lovely holiday theme, with its stunning and amazing sea view and fantastic decking and seats and table such a brilliant touch, i also love how well they have stocked the van with things to do like games console, board games card games and dvd,s etc really great entertainment, and as for carol such a lovely friendly lady whos a fantastic host and could not be anymore helpfull, i honestly cant reccomend lear leisure caravans enough, i simply cant wait to rebook and get back there later in the year, so anyone looking at these reviews what are you waiting for get booking.”

“Can not fault this stay, Carol the host is the loveliest lady, the caravan is spotless and is the best caravan we have stayed in over the years.”

The caravan park has lots of things for children to do to keep them busy and the park is situated to nearby places only a short bus or car journey away. We took our dog and you wouldn't know its a dog friendly caravan it is so clean and well kept. Thankyou for such a lovely stay we loved it!

It provided a wonderful sea view and was in a nice, quiet location whilst still being within easy reach of all the facilities. The caravan itself had everything required even down to a hairdryer, DVD’s and numerous games for the kids. The owners were on site at the same time and were very friendly and helpful and gave useful recommendations on where to visit in the area. We had a lovely week and I can highly recommend Lear Leisure.
