“From booking the caravan we were kept updated by Wayne right up to meeting him on arrival and extra info provided during our stay.”

The caravan is beautiful and clean, and there were lots of unexpected extras left for us, tea and coffee, biscuits, milk, juice, water and even wine and beer. Wayne and Michelle go above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay in their caravan, highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

“Had a lovely stay here at the end of July.”

The caravan was spotless and the owners have thought of everything you might need to make your stay a little more comfortable, the shower was also great. The caravan is conveniently placed so a short walk to both the main facilities and the beach. We really appreciated the welcome pack and the excellent communication from the owners throughout who went above and beyond to accommodate us. We will definitely be back.

“We enjoyed another lovely stay in this fabulous caravan.”

It is very clean and comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need for a stay away from home. Situated on an ideal spot on the park the caravan also has a beautiful decked area ideal for our two young grandchildren to play on and for nana and aunties to look at the view of the sea whilst having a wee vino and cup of tea which had been thoughtfully included in a welcome pack. Excellent communication throughout with owner being incredibly flexible with extending dates and accommodating unexpected wee guests and providing extra bedding etc. I can't rate this caravan and host highly enough. Second stay for us and it won't be our last.

“Just back from a great 4 nights at Wayne's caravan.”

The gifts on arrival were a delight for our children (and us), the caravan was spotless, husband appreciated the great shower and it had everything we needed. Wayne was so helpful from booking to departure and even helped us accommodate, at short notice, my mother in law who was an unexpected guest! We would love to visit again sometime. Thanks again Wayne! Also loved the sea view ???? and great positioning half way between the complex and the beach

“We recently booked a 3 night break in Wayne and Michelle's caravan, and we weren't disappointed.”

Their caravan was scrupulously clean with bedding and towels included, plus loads of little extras, included for our arrival, milk bottled water tea etc, also a bottle of wine and chocolate biscuits,which was very much appreciated. The caravan has everything you need plus more, for that away from home break, and also our hosts were very accommodating, I would definitely recommend Wayne and Michelle's caravan to anyone wanting that assurance that you won't be disappointed when you book their caravan, Thankyou again, Wayne and Michelle.

I booked the holiday for my parents and their friend. Wayne and Michelle left a welcome pack which went done a treat . The caravan was clean and tidy. The beds comfortable. Instructions easy to follow for the Wifi , fire and T..V. Everything you need to have on a home from home holiday. My Dad says its the best shower he's had in a caravan . Wayne recommended the local golf course for Sunday lunch. . The lunch was so nice they returned for breakfast the following day. . Thank you . Jayne.

“Well what can we say, our 2nd stay at Wayne & Michelle's caravan and it was absolutely first class, what a lovely fresh clean smell when we opened the caravan door on arrival, welcoming sweets for the girls and goodie's in the fridge, a really nice touch.”

An addition to last year is the decking and it's huge, it's like another living area, it's one of the biggest deckings we seen on the site. Caravan it very well positioned and great views over the sea. Our granddaughters are talking about next year already. We will definitely be back. Wayne & Michelle we cannot thank you enough for allowing us to stay in your spectacular caravan. The Ross's xxxx

“This is my 28th summer of going to Berwick and it's the best all round holiday I have had.”

The caravan is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. It's in a perfect spot on site, with a lovely view and a spacious decking. Customer service is A* Wayne is a topman and makes sure everything is spot on and just makes everything less stressful so you can enjoy your holiday. I will definitely be booking back up next year. “Have just returned from Wayne and Michelle’s caravan with our 2 grandchildren age 7 and 2 can honestly say it was absolutely fabulous clean isn’t the word it was absolutely immaculate.”

There was milk juice water and couple of cheeky beers in the fridge for nana and grandad lol plus more treats for the kids sweets. Can’t thank you guys enough for making our first caravan holiday with the grandchildren memorable for us.

“We visited the caravan with our 2 year old grandson.”

It was a last minute thing and the communication from Wayne was fantastic - even though he was on holiday himself at the time of us booking. The caravan was pristine - and had everything we needed - baby gate was great when cooking to keep the little one in a safe space. Lovely welcome packing the fridge, Miles appreciated the yoghurts ????. The caravan has a lovely decking area. Which was safe for the little one and had views over the sea. We had a lovely weekend - and blessed with dry weather. We had a lovely first weekend away with our grandson and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you. Wayne and Michelle. There was even water, juice and milk in the fridge and tea and coffee in the cupboards for our arrival! The owners of our caravan made sure we were well looked after and provided plenty of advice and directions. Excellent location, excellent clean and tidy caravan. Thoroughly recommended. 10/10.

We stayed for 7 night and had a lovely time. The caravan was clean, homely , cosy and well equipped with everything you need, especially the baby gate was a bonus for us. Close to the beach and entertainment which was great for us. Our girls also loved the 2 parks nearby. Nice view of the sea from living room. Great value for money. Will be returning next year for another fab holiday. Thankyou for a great stay x

“The caravan and park were perfect for us.”

The van is in a good position between the entrance and the beach and has a view of the sea. It is clean and welcoming with all the home comforts you could think of and it was lovely to find tea, coffee and milk waiting on arrival. The owners are very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

“Stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days over the May Coronation Bank Holiday weekend.”

From start to finish the owners were easy to deal with and they provided great customer service (updates about booking and speedy return of breakages deposit). The caravan itself was super clean and had everything we needed including cleaning materials, milk, Wi-Fi, smart tv with access to Netflix/Prime etc. The location on site was superb. Very short walk to the beach and on site facilities. The site facilities were perfect for us (2 parks, club house, arcades, pub, club house etc). The site is also in a great location as really close to the town center (about 10 minute walk). There’s a golf course just outside the site with mini golf, a large field with football nets and another park. Some lovely cafes and pubs in the town all very child friendly. I’d never been to Berwick before but will definitely return as we had a fabulous time in the caravan, on the site and visiting the surrounding area (we enjoyed a few hours in Bamburgh and on Holy Island as well as spending time in Berwick). The only issue was that we’d only booked for a weekend and none of us were ready to go home come Monday. A fab break and great value for money. Can’t wait to return. Emma

Welcome to our lovely 3 bedroom Abi horizon exclusive caravan (2022 model) (" sunrise view ") sited at Berwick holiday park Northumberland. The caravan is 36ftx12ft and sleeps 6 people, allocated parking bay right outside the caravan. It has double glazing and full central heating radiators throughout the entire van, the spacious lounge has a modern electric fire with a 55 inc smart tv above with access to Netflix, Freeview and other tv channels, both the tv and fire have ambient light mode functions, also in the lounge area you have the large seating area with usb charging socket, then you have a smaller sitting area around the dining table which has x2 additional stools making it possible to accommodate 6 people. In the kitchen you will find a 4-burner gas hob, gas oven and separate grill, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, plates, pots, pans and all the necessary cutlery needed for all your cooking/dining needs. Next, we have the bathroom with enclosed shower, central heating , storage shelving for towels, toiletries and other accessories.

opposite the main bathroom is the 2nd separate wc/room. Bedroom 1=x2 single beds with wardrobe space and central heating. Bedroom 2=x1 double bed with full length wardrobe, mirror usb charging socket and central heating. Bedroom 3=x2 single beds one with bed guard if (required) and central heating. All Fresh Bedding Provided and All Beds Made Up For Your Arrival. We Also Provide Towels x2 Hand And x2 Bath Size For All Our Guests. The Caravan Is Deep Cleaned Throughout By Ourselves After Every Guest Stay This Also Includes The Changing Of All Quilts,Mattress And Pillow Protectors And Spare Bedding,,, We Also Provide Hand Sanitizer and Bacterial Wipes This is a non-smoking family caravan any signs of smoking inside the van will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
