Our spacious and well presented 3 bedroom caravan offers good sized luxury family accommodation.
It is fully equipped for a self catering holiday on one of Haven's well known Holiday Park's in Northumberland.
Benefiting from just a 10 minute stroll from the local town centre of Berwick Upon Tweed with the local train station at the top of the road meaning perfect for those guests who don't drive or simply prefer to use public transport.

Sofa bed in lounge area sleeps an additional two people.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS ??
Please read BEFORE making bookings and paying deposit; by paying the deposit you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below.
All bookings are subject to our ‘terms and conditions of booking’.
Please note we offer the hire of our caravan only and DO NOT sell passes, they can be purchased directly from Haven when you arrive onsite from the reception.
(If you want to book activities, swimming, or the entertainment from the live lounge, you will need a play pass.)

No Pets

No same sex parties of under 21's, stag, or hen parties (these are park rules due to this being a family orientated park)
????
No Smoking or vaping (this includes leaning out of the window or standing in the doorway, you WILL be charged for a deep clean if found to be smoking in our caravan)
????Strictly no charging of electric vehicles from our caravan.
Deposits and Booking
£100 non refundable deposit to be paid when securing dates, this MUST be paid to secure your dates.
Remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before your arrival alongside a £100 security / damage / housekeeping deposit which will be returned within 7 days from your departure date, after inspection of the caravan.
We can take full payment at time of booking if this is more convenient for you.
We only accept payments via bank transfer or directly via the website if booking via ukcaravans4hire.
To complete your booking we need the following; your full name, mobile number, address, email address, number of guests including names and ages and also your car registration number, (this is to register your arrival with Haven).
Our booking dates are Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday, Monday to Monday, and Friday to Friday.
Shorter stays can be booked, however the hirer will be responsible for paying for the full booking slot price.
Longer bookings also available on request.

We ask that our caravan is left how you found it on your arrival; clean and tidy with ALL of its contents.
If the caravan is considered to be dirty or messy this will be taken from your deposit to pay for the cleaners extra time.
This includes the grill pan / oven / hob to be cleaned after your use and not left to cleaners.

We also require all breakages to be reported and paid for.
We understand accidents happen and would not charge for an odd broken glass or plate etc, however, we would still like this reported so it can be replaced ready for the next guests.
?
Gas and electric usage is included in the hire.
If the gas or electric is abused such as leaving heating on whilst out this will be taken from the deposit.
Unattended fires are a fire risk so please only use whilst you are available to supervise, especially around children!
Please DO NOT charge electric cars from our caravan, this WILL blow the fuse box and you WILL be charged.

No disposable BBQs are to be used.
Security Bond will be lost if found to be anywhere near our caravan or decking as this is a serious fire hazard.
?
All bedding and furniture is to be kept inside and not for outdoor use.
?
Please do not exceed the caravans capacity of 8 people at any time, if the caravan is found to be over crowded then all parties will be asked to leave straight away by ourselves and park security.
?The number of guests you book for is the number of guests allowed to stay in the caravan throughout your stay.
Any additional guests found to be staying will result in the loss of your full security deposit and additional guests may also be asked to leave at short notice.
A Polite Notice
?
Please do not allow children to use slime or glue in the caravan at all.
Also to be careful when using colouring or any other crafts, this can leave some very difficult marks which requires professional cleaning to remove properly and WILL be taken from your deposit.

PLEASE NOTE ??
Damage bills exceeding £100 will be taken to small claims court if owner and hirer cannot come to an agreement to settle the cost of the damage; hirer will also be billed for further costs of court charges.
Cancellations and Refunds
?
If you cancel your holiday within 2 weeks of arrival it is non refundable unless we are able to re-hire.
?
If your holiday is cancelled by the owners then you will receive a full refund including the deposit.
?
The first initial deposit of £100 is non refundable and will not be returned in the event you do not go ahead with your holiday.

The owners are not responsible for any events outside of owners control and will not refund hirers for issues such as:

Any problems during your stay which is caused via Berwick Holiday Park.
?????
Closure of facilities on and around the park.
?????
Weather conditions which may cause problems with gas, electric, or water.
In this instance guests may be asked to leave by park management due to safety.

Injuries caused whist staying in our caravan.

We advise all guests to take out your own small holiday insurance to cover your holiday for any of the above reasons.
Please only make your booking if you can abide by our terms & conditions as once the deposit has been received you are legally agreeing to all of the above.
