“Amazing location with fantastic views.”
The fridge wasn't entirely clean and the microwave was filthy. That said, we know that these things happen so we're happy not to be pedantic.
Unfortunately Saturday afternoon before we were to leave on the Sunday the gas ran out. This meant that I had to have a cold shower and we weren't really warm enough overnight. We hadn't taken advantage of the heating, we turned it off at night and when we were out but when we were in we needed it on with my 77 year old mum and it being February. When I asked the owner about the gas I got this response I got:
'You've used all the gas then, it was a full bottle. I won't be able to get a new bottle until Monday I'm afraid'.

We are extremely surprised with your feedback on your stay, we pride ourselves in the cleanliness of our caravan and our cleaning regime is very thorough. The caravan was spotless on your arrival but if we missed the microwave I can only apologise. As for the gas situation, we feel this is a little unfair. We were informed on the Saturday evening that you had no gas, we did at any point not envisage that your family would run out of gas during your stay, of course this is not what we wanted for you, unfortunately we could not get any replacement gas until the Monday. However, we live and we will learn from this experience. Thank you for the review.
