Our lovely holiday home is located in a prime location within the award winning St Andrews Holiday Park at Kinkell Braes.
With unobstructed views of the sea, we are literally a stone’s throw from the coastal path leading to St Andrews East Sands Beach promenade and its stunning sandy bay.
A short stroll along this beautiful promenade takes you to the town itself, where you'll find the world-famous Home of Golf, as well as lots of boutique shops, restaurants, bars and cafes dotted throughout the town's medieval streets and historic buildings.
Professionally cleaned before each arrival, our holiday home can comfortably accommodate 4/6 people (option of incorporating a large double sofa bed), it has double glazing and gas central heating, as well as full wrap-around decking and quality patio furniture.
There's free wi-fi and internally you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, which is open to a spacious and comfortable living area complete with free-standing dining table and chairs, large sofa, electric fire and 43 inch Smart TV, which includes Free View and Netflix etc.
There is a large master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom (toilet, shower and bath), as well as a spacious twin bedroom plus a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.
