The property

Our lovely holiday home is located in a prime location within the award winning St Andrews Holiday Park at Kinkell Braes. With unobstructed views of the sea, we are literally a stone’s throw from the coastal path leading to St Andrews East Sands Beach promenade and its stunning sandy bay.

A short stroll along this beautiful promenade takes you to the town itself, where you'll find the world-famous Home of Golf, as well as lots of boutique shops, restaurants, bars and cafes dotted throughout the town's medieval streets and historic buildings.

Professionally cleaned before each arrival, our holiday home can comfortably accommodate 4/6 people (option of incorporating a large double sofa bed), it has double glazing and gas central heating, as well as full wrap-around decking and quality patio furniture. There's free wi-fi and internally you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, which is open to a spacious and comfortable living area complete with free-standing dining table and chairs, large sofa, electric fire and 43 inch Smart TV, which includes Free View and Netflix etc.

There is a large master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom (toilet, shower and bath), as well as a spacious twin bedroom plus a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.

Please note: No pets.

No smoking. Minimum rental period 3 nights. Bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided, however, you will need to provide all hand, bath and tea towels.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100.

Chatsworth 1 mile; Bakewell 5 miles.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
