Communication with the owner was excellent.
The static was one of the nicest & cleanest we have stayed in.
Everything was in the static that you could possibly need/want.
The bed was very comfortable,
Two toilets which is very handy.
Again the whole van inside & outside was absolutely spotless.
The decking is fab with outside seating on decking area fully enclosed for little ones as well as dogs.
Sofas very clean & comfy
Tv in both bedrooms,,

Location is spot on with fabulous beach views.
Would give this static 10/10 would definitely recommend.
