    “The caravan was lovely and clean, exactly as the photos showed, everything in good working order.”

    Good communication with the owner re keys etc. the site itself is lovely, right on the beach, great play park for the kids and pub onsite - all in all a lovely couple of days away and I’m sure we’ll be back

Perfect for families, couples and everyone who would like to enjoy holiday by the sea. Holiday park is situated 25 mins from St Andrews and 20 mins from Leven. Caravan has 3 bedrooms and pull out bed in sitting room.

Bed linen is provided but not towels.

Bring your own.

Kitchen is fully equipped, including Dolce gusto coffee machine.

Smart tv gives you access to your favourite shows.

Internet connection available.

You can find some board games for kids. Caravan has a bathroom with shower and separate WC. You will find a key to your lovely break in key box.

A seaside town on the east coast of Fife; Leven is the gateway to the picturesque fishing villages of East Neuk, with history leading back to as far as the 15th century! Leven’s name is derived from the Pictish word for ‘flood’ and is a wonderland of woodlands and nature trails, perfect for enjoying that clean country air.
