Welcome to our brand new 2025 Ashberry victory, 8 berth family owned caravan at Seton Sands Holiday Village, 15 miles from Edinburgh.

Within nearest village of Port Seton you will find shops, restaurant, pub, petrol station. Caravan has 3 bedrooms, it has one double bed with en suite and TV.

Along with 2 twin bedrooms, double sofa bed in the lounge.

Main bathroom has a superb walk in Shower. Caravan has central heating and double glazing throughout.

The lounge is modern, spacious with dining table, flat screen TV, board games, dominoes and cards.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size electric cooker, cooker hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery, dinner-ware, glass- ware etc.? Sliding doors leading to front decking with outdoor furniture, which gets the sun majority of the day.

With private drive with garden area to both sides of caravan, Ideal for kids to play.

The access road is a looped cul de sac, so there are very few cars and you can relax in quiet surroundings.

This is a Haven site which brings with it all the security, park maintenance, delicious dining and top class entertainment which you would expect.

Though situated in a quiet part of the holiday park, The Wentworth is not far from the main complex with all its attractions.

The two swimming pools and water slides are great.

The Showbar has many live acts for kids and adults alike.

There's the prize Bingo and the usual arcades.

The Boatie bar and restaurant serve lovely food and drink.

Also on site are a well-stocked mini supermarket, a launderette, a very good fish & chip shop and a golf course and fishing lake.

If that's not enough, there are many organised outdoor activities, particularly for kids. Well-behaved dogs are also welcome, a maximum of two.

There is a good and frequent bus service to the centre of our Capital City, from outside the gates.

Trains are also available from nearby stations.

Shops, restaurants and pubs are not far away.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
