“Lovely caravan if kept clean .”
We found it to be unkept. Dirty saucepans in cupboard, airfryer dirty . Needed a full clean before use. Crumbs on sofa wen we arrived. Windows wouldn't open .lock broke on them. Wall & floor skirting needs a good clean, also fridge needs pulling out & cleaned. We cleaned it upon arrival bur not a full clean as it was a holiday.

Thank you for your feedback, sincere apologies for your findings upon arrival. It states clearly on our advertisement check in is 2pm and our van is cleaned thoroughly before every arrival, meaning your arrival prior to this didn’t allow cleaner their time and access to clean. I hope you enjoyed your stay never the less and hope it didn’t affect your stay too much.
