The property

The caravan is set back in a lovely cul de sac called Cedar Lawn on the Haven Holiday Village in Burnham-on-sea.

Our beautiful 2020, 42ft by 14ft Willowby Waverley 3 bedroom static caravan is fully double glazed and central heated and also boasts a pull out sofa bed for extra sleeping for two more in the lounge. The open plan lounge has a large 42" TV with bluetooth speakers, comfortable seating with patio doors opening beautifully onto the large decking area which hosts a table and chairs for 6 people.

Connected to the lounge is a modern kitchen which is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, hob and full sized oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

The kitchen is fully complete with all you need to prepare and enjoy all your meals.

Within the kitchen area there is a small island with 2 bar stools and a dining table with four chairs.

The three bedrooms consist of a large master bedroom with king sized bed, a twin room with two standard single beds and a further twin room with two single beds.

Throughout the caravan there is lots of storage space and also TV/ DVD players in all the bedrooms.

All pillows, quilts and mattress protectors are provided but you will need to provide your own bedlinen. Our holiday home is in a lovely quiet area of the park surrounded by privately owned caravans and although we want you to thoroughly enjoy your stay with us we do not want any upset caused to our surrounding neighbours, we therefore ask if you could be mindful of any of the actions of your party and request that you be respectful of them and our caravan at all times. Our caravan is used regularly by our family and we find it well equipped for adults and children and have spent many sunny days here, we hope that you enjoy happy times here also and make some lasting memories with your family.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100.
