Our Caravan is a Swift Bordeaux model and comprises of 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 6).
One master double room , complete with fitted wardrobes, TV , and en suite toilet and wash basin.
Two further twin bedrooms both with wardrobe space.
Bed linen can be supplied at request, but please remember to bring your own towels and tea towels.
The lounge comprises of a three seater sofa bed , two seater sofa and small coffee table with two stools.
A 40 inch TV with free view and DVD player with a selection of childrens DVD's and games stored in the cupboard below .
There is a DAB digital and FM radio with Bluetooth speakers.
Wifi available.
.A Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, toaster,full size fridge freezer kettle and all utensils that you will require during your stay.
The bathroom has a large size shower with a second toilet and wash basin .
The caravan has CH and DG throughout with a gas fire in the lounge.
It is fitted with both smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
Outside there is a modernised wrap around decked area with seating and a lockable gate (new for 2022).
There are two allocated parking spaces outside.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE CARAVAN .
NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS CARAVAN.
There is a £100 damage/respect bond which will be refunded as long as the caravan is left in the same that state that it was found.
Holidays can be of any length with a minimum number of 3 night stay.
Please note that some on site facilities may not be available due to covid restrictions.

The park slopes gently towards the sea and there is a fantastic woodland nature walk to discover, which leads you down to the beautiful sandy beach.
The Entertainment Complex on site, has its own Splash Zone and heated pools.
It is a mile walk to the harbour where you can often sit and spot dolphins in the sea or enjoy a boat ride across Cardigan Bay to get even closer.
New Quay offers a truly memorable experience for young and old alike.
