“The accommodation is tired and worn out.”

Areas of the floor seem unstable and spongy as if the floor is rotten. The beds are too short or too narrow the be comfortable. The sponges on the chairs need replacing, all support is gone. The doors of the caravan don't close easily and everywhere has a draft. I've spent many a holiday on a caravan and this one has seen better days. It solved a short term problem, but I wouldn't recommend it.
