    “Very clean and tidy.”

    Could have done with a welcome pack about what's about to do, places to eat etc as not much time to explore on a short break. Although internet was listed no code was left to join it. Boiler packed up on second day. Maybe it was down to being out of gas as tried to reset it. No instructions on how to change the gas over. Minor issue was no bottle opener. Defo needed one of them for beers....

You’re absolutely right — a welcome pack and wifi code are basics and we dropped the ball there. And ugh, a boiler packing up with no instructions is the last thing you need! We’ve now left a guide and made sure the gas bottles are clearly labelled. Bottle opener has also been added to the essentials box. Really sorry it cut into your short break.
