Cayton Bay Caravan Park - Holiday Accommodation 1003

This caravan was disgusting, my poor grandma spent 2 days cleaning the place when we arrived, there was mould everywhere, dirty pans in the disgustingly dirty oven, dust all over the whole caravan, I was told on the add that the caravan was refurbished and it hadn’t been touched it was all very old inside, for the money that was paid for our stay we expected a lot more than what we got. I will never use this website again as I am utterly disgusted with how this caravan was presented. We had to leave 2 days early and complain to reception about the state this caravan was in as our children were getting poorly from all the mould and damo that the inside of the caravan was covered in, I have pictures to prove everything. I emailed the owner to complain about the caravan and didn’t get a reply what so ever. I am disgusted and I will never use this website again any of my friends/family will be strongly advised not to use it. You should be ashamed to represent such filth.

I am sorry you cnt see the refurb we have recovered all seats new curtains new shower new bathroom floor i did go in the van and have now replaced the trays in the oven this is all i agree on and some marks on the wall where pics been we took down i am sorry you didnt enjoy and i didnt recieve an email sorry or i would have come up and put right for you

Had a great holiday at cayton bay caravan was lovely and ideal for the kids very spacious an accommodated our needs with 8 of us. Karen was lovely an looked after us well with queries.

Fabulous site at cayton bay, loads to do on-site and in the surrounding area. Caravan clean and comfortable, caravan situated a 2 min walk from entertainment area but also quiet at night. Would definitely recommend and would book this again.

lovely site Wasnt overly crowded in public areas. Caravan was spacious with all equipment necessary. Could do with a bit of TLC but we enjoyed our stay. Karen is a great owner with great communication.
