We be staying in andera and her family caravan for past 3 years not once have we been let down only the weather this time the kids loved it don't want to come home it is so lovely and clean and its such a warm and relaxing caravan and Internet was a bonus andrea was always on the other end of phone if problem it is located in the perfect place for dogs thanks so much for letting us lend ur caravn we look forward to staying again later on in year thanks so much

Just coming back home from a lovely short break in Tenby with my family. The caravan was ideal for my big family. It came with loads of added little extras too, such as game boards and DVDs, etc. The little outdoor area was perfect and we loved using that space. The caravan is perfectly situated. It’s close to the entertainment and restaurant/food court, however, it’s tucked away and you don’t realise how close you actually are to everything. The site that the caravan is on has a path straight to the beach and another straight into Tenby town, which we found great in the evenings when eating out/drinking in Tenby town as not having to rely on a designated driver or taxis back a fourth was great! Communication with the owners was excellent before, during and after our trip. Will definitely recommend, we will be 100% using again.

Another amazing stay in Andrea and Steven caravan, yet again Andrea was on hand for all queries, caravan was spotless and well equipped, and in a perfect location to the clubhouse and facilities, my parents joined us this year in Andrea 2nd caravan and they are located so close it was perfect, highly recommend and will returning next year.

Once again another amazing stay at Andrea and Stephen’s caravan, this is our second visit this year so far not to mention our previous stays and we always feel like we’re at home. Everything is catered for even the fur babies with bowls for food and water and a drip tray. The stay this time we were lucky enough to have amazing weather meaning that we could use the outside decking and furniture for some relaxing time in the sunshine… even my stepdaughter joined us for a little break and thoroughly enjoyed. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Andrea and her customer service is 12/10. Thanks again both and we’ll be back again for some more stays whether it be this van or your other which is also spot on for location/facilities etc. Ceri and Dave

my daughter & our dog & myself enjoyed our 5 days here the caravan was immaculate just as in the photos , there was lots of dvds & games. , our favourite was the music system which we used more then the telly , the double bed was super comfy , i would definitely make use of the extra payment for the bedding as it’s so warm & smelt super fresh , we were in a quiet corner of the park tho the path to the beach is only a 5 minute walk away , the little touches of essentials & a welcome bar of chocolate are a lovely touch would definitely book again & recommend highly

As always, Andrea and Steve's caravan was spotless! We stayed in the 8 berth van this time and just like the 6 berth, you couldnt fault it! Perfect location, clean and bright with all the utensils and extras like games and DVDs! It even had wifi! Beds were comfy and the dog loved it too! Fab that it has a decking, secure gate so Marley couldnt escape and had the added bonus of chairs and table on the grass area to use too! As always, andrea is just a text away to answer any concerns. Fab stay at an amazing value! We will be back again next year, with friends joining us in the other van!!! Highly recommend

The 8 berth caravan was lovely and clean. a good selection of DVDs, dog bowls with a plastic mat, throws if you're cold, cleaning supplies, and some welsh cakes to eat with a cuppa after you have unpacked. just a little walk from the centre. we walked around with our dog as dogs are now allowed in the centre. We all enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.

Amazing stay at Andrea’s dog friendly caravan. We have stayed previously, again now and also have future booking as we have enjoyed our stay so much. Caravan is in perfect location and has all that you could need for a nice break away. A huge selection of dvd’s, games and smart tv, and WiFi which meant we didn’t need to leave the caravan and could relax with our dogs and also work if we needed to due to having the wifi available . The caravan is spotlessly clean and even the dogs were catered for with bowls, drip trays etc. The enclosed veranda with seating and outside tap to be able to shower the dogs off before letting them back in with muddy paws! This is an additional benefit which meant we had no worry of the dogs wandering off or trapsing the muddy paws through the caravan! Literally too many benefits to list but we would class this caravan as a home away from home. Would highly recommended a stay in Andrea’s caravan and she’s always a pleasure to deal with.

We had a wonderful few days in this lovely caravan. It is in an ideal spot for the facilities on the site, and located in lovely quiet surroundings. On arrival the caravan was spotless,tastefully decorated, spacious and had everything we needed. The children enjoyed the decking and watching the wild baby rabbits hop around the caravan. WiFi was also a bonus with 3 children! Andrea was a pleasure to deal with, from start to finish. Can highly recommend this caravan if you are looking to stay in Kiln Park. Thank you Andrea ????

This was a lovely accommodation that met all of our needs. We had 2 well behaved dogs with us, and an eight month baby, all loved the decking. It was safe for the dogs and the baby loved the freedom in her baby walker. Very good location, especially being close to the back of the entertainment centre which had a lovely outside area to eat and drink without entertainment passes.

We have just come home from a lovely weekend. The caravan was great and spacious and you wouldn't have known it was dog friendly. The caravan was clean and tidy upon arrival and had everything we needed. It was nice to have some cleaning supplies included incase anything was forgotten. We would definitrly stay again. Just returned from our holiday and what a fantastic time we had! The caravan was absolutely spotless on arrival, there was even a little gift of welshcakes and a clean teatowel waiting for us which I thought was really thoughtful! Andrea has been very helpful from start to finish and was very responsive to any queries we had. I would definitely very highly recommend booking with Andrea, and would definitely stay in the caravan again. And the WiFi is definitely a bonus with the children! Couldn't fault a thing.

I’ve stayed in both carvans and they both out of the world WiFi which was a bonus it was spotless Andrea was amazing on all stays from start to finish loads for kids to do there and the situation of caravans are perfect Andrea is amazing so helpful and will do anything she can (she helped us find another caravan as we booked with someone else to extend our stay and she pulled all stops out to help us so the kids wouldn’t be upset ) the carvans are amazing especially allowing dogs to stay there Andrea never lets us down we are looking forward to stay again this year and have also booked longer next year thanks ever so much for all your help

Wonderful long weekend with my family, the caravan was beautiful as shown in photos. Nice quiet area of kiln park, the caravan had great facilities including games for the kids, the only reason for a 4 on cleanliness was a few stains on some of the bed sheets and duvets looked like urine on one of the singles but wasn’t bothered as we had sheets etc with us and not a fault of the caravan at all. Would highly recommend and definitely book the same caravan again ????

Caravan clean, tidy and plenty of space. (6 adults). Customer service was excellent, the owners very quick to respond to any queries. I would book again didn't want to leave.

Just leaving Kiln Park after an amazing break. Caravan was amazing, with everything you could want, location was perfect and quiet, just 5 min walk from all the amenities. Short walk to the beach and Tenby town one way and a lovely local pub 5 mins the other way. Andrea was an amazing host and so helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend a stay for couples or families. We'll definitely be back.

Just got back from a brilliant weekend in kiln park the caravan was amazing clean and tidy everything you needed in it, the inclosed decking meant that are 2year old and 1year old could come in and out and were safe at all times, the location couldn’t be any better! Tucked away in the corner so peaceful and just a small stroll to the swimming pool and restaurant. Andrea was pleasant and helpful when booking and throughout. We all had the best weekend And we can’t wait to go back in July!!!!

We have had a fantastic few nights in kiln park. The caravan was absolutely perfect for us, very spacious, decorated beautifully, and clean. It was close to the swimming pool and restaurant (only a 1 min walk) while being tucked away in a quiet corner. Plenty of kitchen appliances, cooking equipment and cleaning products. There was even a cot and highchair for our baby. Thank you so much- we will definitely booking for next summer!

Absolutely loved our weekend in the caravan. Andrea is always efficient on replying and nothing is too much trouble. The caravan was fab and had the extra little touches which made it even more special. My 1 year old was pleased to see that he could still watch Cocomelon on Netflix! The caravan was spotless and was so spacious and just a few minutes walk to the facilities. Thank you!

Stayed for Easter Weekend. What can I say what a fab caravan cleanliness is first class nothing to fault the fresh clean smell hits you as soon as you walk in. The caravan is situated in a quiet part of the site but close to amenities. Added bonus for the kids was the Wi-fi. Andrea kept us informed of everything we needed to know and was more than helpful with any questions we had. Will definitely be staying again. Thank you Andrea and family for letting us Stay.

We just returned home from a lovely weekend at this caravan. Great location in a quiet part of the park, but still close enough to the amenities. Caravan was lovely clean, WiFi a great touch and the heaters were great when it was chilly one of the nights. Would definately book again. We have just returned from our second stay at this lovely caravan and we have a third stay already booked. The van is really clean with great facilities. The Wifi works great and the oil radiators throughout heat the van really well (when needed of course). The location is perfect for us as it is nestled near the trees at the end of a cul-de-sac so there is no footfall at all. The host, Andrea, has been great on both occasions and always on hand to help. Looking forward to our third visit!!!

Me and my partner stayed in this lovely caravan for his birthday and we weren't disappointed. The location couldn't have been any better, it was a few steps from the doors to the restaurant and bar. It was very modern and very clean, had everything you could need including heaters, cleaning products, blankets and even some board games for the family. The owners were very helpful and responded promptly when we had any questions about the van. I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing caravan this! So glad we found it, and if they have availability don't hesitate. Its a home from home, gorgeous decoration, quiet part of a lovely park weve been to a few times. So may activities for old and young kids round and about, we love Tenby and won't hesitate to revisit this van. Iur pooch loved it too!
